Amazing experience at the Stoke Medway location on Sunday!

I took my mum for a special mother's day celebration and we both had a fantastic time! All the staff were professional and friendly, with a very warm welcome from Dean and Mita who made our experiences that much more special! The helicopter ride was so awesome and the pictures taken were such good quality, we bought them all!

100% definitely recommend!

The is a lady called cleo fast response and very helpfull with out this lady help i will be lost with my booking this lady has helped me loads and she is fantastic thank you cleo for all your help your brilliant at your job we dont fly till july but she has fantastic custermer service

Trying to book it for years and it was cancelled 4 times within days to the event. They cannot give me my money back until I go through the deep frustration for me and my family for the fifth time, where I have to book, it will be cancelled and then they can reimburse me. But not fully, they take 20%. It’s a scam and not worth the frustration, money and time wasted. Get this helicopter ride with another company.

Bit of a mixed review; I booked this for my husband and wanted his flight to be special. I have flown lots on corporate days so can make a fair and balanced comparison. Right after booking I felt bombarded with offers to add upgrade and/or buy more - no thanks. Then 3 days before the flight I was asked to pay a £5 surcharge- as others have indicated I don't believe that the Iran war would impact their overheads on a 4 to 5 min flight. On trying to contact I found them inaccessible on the phone and email. Then on the day although my husband enjoyed his flight experience I expected the flight to be 6 mins not 4; I expected him to get "bubbly" not a small bottle of warm perry worth £1.50; I expected him to get chocolates, they said that they had none - all of which I had paid for. Then he handed over £20 for a photo as he was told the money would be donated to air ambulance -was it? Too much grab for more and not focussed on the customer experience in my opinion. As a final plus though the pilots and ground staff were great he says

Don’t waste your money — you’ll be disappointed.

I booked a helicopter flight experience in June last year. The flight was cancelled twice, and I am due to fly tomorrow. Unfortunately, my son has become unwell and, after a trip to the hospital, we were advised that he is contagious and should not be around other people.

I contacted the company to explain the situation, but because the flight is less than 7 days away, I was told I would have to pay a £70 fee to change the booking. Apparently, being told by a hospital that your child is contagious isn’t a valid enough reason to make an exception.

Considering the company had already cancelled my flight twice, I found the lack of flexibility and customer care extremely disappointing.

Overall, the experience has been frustrating from start to finish, and I would not recommend this company.

Booked helicopter for Christmas present for my wife in 2024. They have cancelled flight 3 times. Once because windshield of helicopter was broken and twice for adverse weather conditions. Last cancellation was 31st May 2026. Next flights scheduled for July and August but due to our daughters wedding in July plus our holiday in August we cannot go. I asked for a refund of our booking plus a fuel surcharge. The company said that they do not give refunds of any of their produts, although it states in the policy it does if they canc the tip. They said if I wanted my money back I should sell the ticket privately to a friend or family member and they would no charge me a resale charge. Beware

We had a helicopter flight over the City of London. Captain Jules and Jaynie were brilliant. Everything fully explained, and the flight across London - just WOW. We had excellent views and Jules pointed out landmarks etc. the weather was in our favour too, so made the day remarkable. Many thanks x

I purchased the flying lesson experience for my partner. The booking process was easy, with clear communications from the support team. The flight crew were really friendly and really made it an amazing experience we will never forget . We would definately recommend !

We had a fantastic experience clay pigeon shooting, a big thank you to Chris the instructor, he was brilliant.
Amazingly, we managed to shoot the clays and not each other! Great fun would recommend it 😁

Had one of the best days ever at The Falconry Experience in Godney near Wells. From the word go, you were learning, watching, taking it all in. A wonderful way of getting people to see every different aspect of Falconry and Hawking. The information he got over to everyone that attended was second to none, his patience with both birds and people was superb. A very educated man, in country life, history and especially Falconry. You learnt so much, is was an absolute pleasure being there. A wonderful day. 10/10👍🏼

Loved my helicopter flight experience at eshott Northumberland wonderful staff and excellent health and safety views so wonderful on my flight so have booked another flight in June 2026

Had a fantastic day out on the Chinnor railway cream tea experience, from the organising team to the station staff and train staff all made us feel welcome.
Would recommend to anyone.

From the begining this was just an excellent experience from being organised with your check in time to the safety aspects from all the staff to the actual flight around Blackpool and the chat from the pilot John would highly recommend

Recently completed the Adventure 1 trip from Blackpool to the Lake District and back, and it was a fantastic experience. The instructor was professional, knowledgeable, and very supportive throughout the journey. They explained everything clearly, remained calm and encouraging, and helped build my confidence at every stage.

The route was well planned and provided a great use of hands on , making it both enjoyable and educational. The instructor's guidance and feedback were constructive and easy to understand, which made the experience even more valuable.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the day and would highly recommend this Adventure 1 experience and instructor to anyone looking to develop their skills and confidence. Thank you for a memorable and rewarding trip.

We recently attended a Falconry Taster Session at Bledrow Ridge Cricket Club, organised through Adventure 001. The session was extremely informative and the person running the session was brilliant in showing us and allowing us to hold a variety of birds of prey, including Owls, a Falcon, Harris Hawk and a Bald Eagle. This event lasted all morning (3 hours) and well worth attending. We'd highly recommend it.

Had a few cancellations due to bad weather, no fault of Adventure001.

Rebooking processes were very easy to use.

Communication was great.

The flying was experience was amazing for my daughter and I!

Took an extended flight from Blackpool and definitely a fantastic experience. From the ground staff to the Professional Pilot everything was perfect.
