What made my experience with Advantage Gold great was the excellent customer service that I received. At first I was hesitant and undecided but Mark basically held my hand and told me, with his expertise knowledge, that I was making the right decision and not to be afraid. I didn't hesitate after that. He was clear and concise and gave me lots of insights for beginners like me. He had me reading and watching videos that really helped to get a better understanding of the gold, silver and precious metals market. Thanks to the whole team at Advantage Gold especially Mark, Jared and Ashley!

I've been working with Adam and to be honest it's been a blessing. He actually cares about you and he's really good at what he does. Without a doubt I would recommend this man , do yourself a favor and get him on your team.

This was our first time purchasing metals . We were totally in the dark about it all however, Mike Oiknine explained all procedures and ways to invest and not going to lie.. I had to ask him to explain it to me like a 6 year old so I could grasp it all and he did it like a true professional and made it very easy to comprehend. Then when it came time to actually make a purchase he lined us up with Nick Parr who again was extremely professional and helpful . We will be forever grateful to them both for a great experience and the knowledge they taught us.

Mike was very helpful and I was very happy because he was direct and honest answering my questions and concerns.

Invested in 2021 and had an account executive assigned, Steve M who was excellent. He apparently left the company and Advantage didn't think it would be a good idea to tell his clients and offer a new Account Manager. Found out through my sister when she went to sell some precious metals. I called and asked to have the same AM assigned to me, Dane. Spoke with him at length about our investments and asked for a quote to sell 1oz Liberty coins we had purchased from them. They were over 4.00 below the current spot rate. I emailed him two days later and gave him the specifics of number of coins and type. NEVER got a reply or any notification he was starting the sell to them process. Shopped around to two other large precious metal companies and received an offer of just a dollar under spot. Notified Dane to never mind I had found a much better offer for our silver. Guess what, he never acknowledged that and I have never received a reply from the three emails I sent him. Needless to say I will not buy from Advantage Gold and I will not sell any of our metals back to them. I give them a GOLD STAR for horrible customer service.

Do NOT let this company be your education – they will take advantage of you. Do your own homework, before, during and after and use a reputable company.They preyed on my stepmother. 
1.    She intended to move less than half of her current IRA.  We completed the documentation stating a specific amount. They ALTERED THE DOCUMENT that we submitted and requested her entire account be cashed out and closed and used the signature page we submitted.  She was dependent on that income for 24hr care. She went without this income for 3 months as we attempted to get the funds back in her account on our own as they were no help with their “mistake” or fees. Once they got her money they disappeared. I am still catching up on caregiving fees.
2.    In order to process her documentation, they needed to obtain a medallion signature verification.  Their protocol did not involve the client. I am pretty certain that is a financial VIOLATION.
3.    Offered her some additional silver prior to her committing – gave her a “discount” instead. This was not equitable to the original offer.
4.    NO TRANSPARENCY – they took a 30+%commission/premium and state they don’t have to disclose this detail.5.    Sold her bullion as if its collectable – did not give purchase options for her benefit.  They sold her what offered them the highest premium. Not at all in the client’s best interest.
6.    She did not receive a clearly defined statement for 6 months where this detail was evident. All of their documentation displays amounts purchased as if there is not premium or commission.
7.    The attempts to question and rectify the situation were pointless as their ‘Manager’, clearly bias to the company, repeated the same spiel as the other representative, with no resolve.8.    The investment was $400k. They took approximately$125K.  And when questioned, they say you’ll make it back, the metals are already going up. IRRELAVANT.  She was sold 1/4oz and ¾ oz coins. $750 for the gold ¼ oz and $33.13 for ¾ oz Silver IN 2024!  IF YOU KNOW YOU KNOW. Every other reputable company I have called and shared this with has confirmed, this is another unethical predatory transaction. I am not the only complaint of this nature.

Richard ensured that everything was clear, using easily understood comparisons. He spent as much time listening to my inputs and gave me his complete attention. I appreciated his personalized care. It meant much to me that a senior executive provided that level of customer service.

Brad and the crew at Advantage Gold provide an excellent, trustworthy service.

Mike, from Advantage Gold is wonderful. However, when he and I spoke about converting my 401K to precious metals, I misunderstood and thought he only dealt with gold. I went with another company to buy both silver and gold. I regret that move. Even though I wasn't even his client, Mike checked on me regularly in the past year. I've NEVER heard from the other company. Today, I made the call to switch companies! Mike cared enough about me and my account to check on me when I wasn't his client, he and Advantage Gold have fully earned my trust and business.

I am new to metals trading. All the information I needed to get started was explained to me in detail. I was able to get the account open and funded with no problems. everyone I talked to was very knowledgeable and professional.
