Services provided
Ms. Sharonda Williams provided excellent customer service. She was polite and knowledgeable and accommodating. She was able to quickly assist me with my request for a short period and make me aware of any future steps that I will need to take and conditions that may arise as a result of the changes I have made. Not a reflection on Ms. Williams, the company should find a way to be more accommodating when a customer wants to make changes to their program on a long term basis without having to repeat the request process every month.

I am only a few days in
I am only a few days in, so I haven't started to see the results quite yet but what I can say is I am sort of blown away by how I am being treated. I am embarrassed to be in the spot I am in but everyone at Americor has been supportive, kind, and very optimistic I can turn my finances around. Thank you for providing hope when there was none.

Very helpful and kept me at ease
Within minutes of filling out the questionnaire for more information I received a phone call as well as a follow up email. The person that I spoke to was very kind and understanding. She was also very reassuring and did everything she could to put my mind at ease with the situation at hand. This is definitely different than other companies that I have spoken to and I would recommend Americore to anybody that is considering debt recovery.

They helped reassure me that everything would work out as long as I stuck to the agreement. I was losing sleep and having anxiety attacks until I signed up. I'm so glad I did, because I will be living debt free soon. I can't thank them enough. The staff was very understanding and empathic to my situation.
