Great service and very responsive
I used Advance for 18 months and they were quick, accurate, and responsive. Also charge a sensible amount for what it is they do. I recommend them for anyone else needing an umbrella.

Had queries to do with pay and pay…
Had queries to do with pay and pay slip. Required a referral to supervisor but still answered all queries within 2 minutes. The call was answered straight away (no queueing system). Best service I've had in a long long time from any helpline!

We are saddened and surprised to have received such a poor review. We are constantly reviewing our margins to ensure we remain competitive within the industry, whilst maintaining the highest levels of service to our Contractors. We may not always be the cheapest provider out there, but we are also never the most expensive and the service provided by ADVANCE is 2nd to none.
With regards to asking if you require help with your self-assessment, we ask every sub-contractor who sets up with ADVANCE if they need help with their submission - as many Contractors who are new to being self-employed get nervous and confused on what their responsibilities are and what information they need to provide to HMRC. ADVANCE takes these worries away and gives peace of mind to thousands of contractors.

Consistently Top Quality Service
