Amazing customer service
I have purchased from Adore Beauty for years and always been super happy with price and quick delivery. Today I had an issue with a product I had purchased and I approached their team for help. Liv was super responsive , very helpful and understanding. She guided me through the process and I had an outcome I was happy with immediately. I have never received customer service if this high quality before from any store. Thank you Liv I hope Adore Beauty know how valuable you are to their team.

I have ordered for the past probably 2 years from adore. I'm so happy with them, I did have a late parcel once and it was chased up. I'd recommend them.

Emailed twice to organise a return however never received a reply. They say on their website that it’s easy returns within 30 days.. Well it’s definitely not easy. Sorry I will not be recommending.

By over $20 had the best price on Tint Du Solieil. They took all my details however then an error saying product 423 had insufficient stock however now have all my personal details 😩

Any reviews saying they are a scam I can tell you that is not the case .

NOT A GOOD experience I ordered a cloud nine straightener and my order was declined and my money was taken from my account that was nov 27th it’s now dec 5th still haven’t got back all because I used another name as the recipient so just a warning for anyone wanting order for someone else just use only your own details and card and should be good all though they tried helping I just got over repeating the situation and being told the same thing, avoiding the POV

I won't make that mistake a third time!
Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago. My parcel has been 'in transit' for ten days! I've ordered from other companies from Australia since and it's taken a few days to arrive. When I ask for help all they do is tell me what I already know, it's stuck in transit! I agree with last person, I believe the tracking system is fake. Do better Adore Beauty!

I purchased an order three weeks ago it says it was shipped on the 17th and delivered on the 24th however my order never arrived. The tracking site is fake and has no contact details for me to get in touch with. The site also says my parcel was delivered at 9:45pm which is not possible in NZ and definitely scam like behaviour. I am very very disappointed and will not be shopping with adore beauty again, I either want my items or a refund!

Adore beauty never sent me an email order confirmation so I reached out to the customer service and they told me they would email me an update- once I realised I wouldn’t hear from them I reached out again and they told me my order was declined? I never once received an email or anything telling me my order was not processing and I can see I’ve been charged for it. I asked for an explanation but was not given one and was told to email the customer service instead which I’ve done and haven’t heard back yet. I don’t know whether I will eventually receive the products or should just repurchase (although now I won’t receive the same promotions) and I also don’t know if I’ll receive my money back?
I’ve ordered with adore beauty dozens of times and this time is the worst by far. Absolutely no communication facilitated by them as I’ve had to reach out multiple times to hear anything about this.

The express shipping statement is untrue. I understand that there are delays but I am literally receiving packages from the US and even aliexpress faster than adorebeauty. Tracking has barely moved at all and i'm afraid I will run out of my skincare products before the ones I ordered to replace them actually arrive. Also they had a promotion where if you spend a certain amount you get a giftcard code. I received an email stating my giftcard had been activated. I have just tried it and it says it's invalid. So I spent extra to get a giftcard that doesn't work. Super disappointed as I have been a customer for years and the quality of service has gone down hill. My order number is 1203505626

Update: I had someone from customer service contact me and they remedied the situation really well. Offered me a refund and also issued another gift card. I guess I misjudged them in that they do in fact care about their customers. Really appreciate how you guys have handled this. Thank you!

This is my second order from Adore beauty and I'm not disappointed. Order packing and shipping is so fast and comes with a courier service so straight to my home. Great to get the little discount codes etc. too off items that can be really expensive. Great website, will definitely buy from them again :)

Hi, my item was cleared by customs NZ on 28 September but still no delivery. Please can you look into my email

I made a order on the 28th of September and now it just says that it’s in transit to nz, I am wondering where it is??can you please let me know? Cause I really need it

Concerned my package may have been lost in transit. Tracking info says shipped on Sept 7 and since Sept 9 it says “international transit to destination country” with no further movement. I am aware the website mentioned delays but did not give any indication of how long delays may be. I have sent an email enquiring about my order but have not yet received anything back. While I do know I am not only person placing orders or experiencing issues - up to date tracking info or some sort of info detailing expected delay timeframes would be helpful.

Update: while I initially rated 1 star I was not expecting to have my issue remedied so quick. Customer service was quick with prompt with replies and refund within a couple of days of making contact. I’m not too sure where or what happened to my order as yet but a full refund was issued which is fine with me. All though my first time purchase with adore wasn’t the greatest, I’d most likely order in the future though as customer service is quick to resolve any issues.
