We had a wonderful experience at the Address Apartments! The staff was very professional and the communication was excellent. The apartments were very well appointed and the amenities were exactly as pictured and what we expected. The apartment was clean and well maintained. It is conveniently located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Chatham/Gillingham.

The instructions on how to get there were perfect. The flat has everything you need and is very spacious and clean.

Very well situated. Apartment is well equipped and rooms are very large. Nice private car park as well.

From the booking process things just went smoothly. Good and timely communication. Super fast responses. Accomodation was just spot on. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed in Apartment Three whilst over from Australia. We were at the apartment for five weeks. We stayed with our four year old daughter who calls the apartment “her England home”. I cannot express how much we love the apartment we feel safe and like it is a home away from home.

Dealing with Koran is an absolute delight. He is so helpful and without trying goes above and beyond. I would go as far to say if we were moving back to England I would approach Koran to see if we could book the apartment for a long rental.

I stayed here whilst working in the area. So much better than a hotel. Really is a home from home! Kitchen with all you want. Wifi is so fast. TVs are huge. Staying here again

This was the first time staying at these apartments, it was spotlessly clean, tidy and very well equipped and a comfy bed. Secure gated parking a bonus. I will not hesitate to use again.

Address apartments at the Arden Street is just amazing. The director Mr Koran directs you so well from the time you book and check out. Rooms are spacious. All amenities are so well organized. You have the high street close by to buy your essentials. Probably I missed few subscribed sports channel and maybe the lift as well some times

My dad, daughter and I absolutely loved our stay here!. We were very comfortable in this luxury apartment. It’s everything and more and value for money if you ask me. I would recommend this place any day. Koran was such a responsive and great host right from when we started enquiring about the place!Anytime I think of coming back to the U.K I will surely book this place again !!

I stayed in these apartments through my company for a work based accommodation, so I cannot comment on the admin side of things – but I can say I thoroughly enjoyed staying here absolutely immaculate and the cleaning every week was spotless and a real treat to come back to you in the evenings, basically like coming into a hotel room fresh week. Location is just located off the High Street so everything that you need is a simple walk away and just a really pleasant stay all round. Home away from home.

Fantastic stay, just a wonderful apartment, fully functional, clean, secure with electronic door controls (including security controlled parking area) comfortable beds, modern and large TV, all the cooking equipment you’ll need, plus a large and great shower!!! Tea and coffee an added bonus! All supported via a very informative helpful and friendly host on the portal who answered every question we had promptly and proactively. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!!

Very comfortable furnishings, good food in the restaurant. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable and all plumbing is working properly.

Address Apartments really are what they say, luxury! The hallways are beautiful, and the apartment was modern and homely with everything you need. It was immaculately clean and easy to access. The host is very responsive and helpful. If you are looking to stay in the area, I can’t recommend this place enough! I will definitely be coming back!

Appartement totalement conforme à l’annonce et impeccable, emplacement proche de la gare ( pour Londres (45mn) prendre SouthEastern )et de petits commerces, 5 mn en voiture pour Asda (supermarché bien achalandé), beaucoup de restauration à emporter et pour manger sur place celui dont je dirais :
«  qu’importe le flacon pourvu qu’on ait l’ivresse » le TAI WON MEIN NOODLES HOUSE 59-61 high street ( à 150 mètres de l’appt) plats délicieux, quantités très généreuses et prix défiants toute concurrence.

Le musée Royal Engineers est à 15 mn à pied et le Historic Dockyards Chatham ( où vous pouvez visiter un véritable sous-marin) à 30 mn toujours à pied.

Un grand parc se trouve à 3 mn à pied et pour visiter Rochester, deux options s’offrent à vous, 5 mn en train ou 10 mn en voiture, le parking très abordable et celui de la gare proche du Guildhall Museum gratuit et non loin du château de Rochester (payant 7 pounds), mais qui vaut le détour.

Pour finir je vous recommande vivement l’Adress Appartement pour le standing de l’immeuble, le parking sur place, les installations dans l’appartement et votre hôte Koran.

We had the best stay over the last six weeks. We arrived from Australia and there was easy access to a very secure apartment that had all of our needs covered especially travelling all that was with a 2 year old.

Koran had been an amazing communicator from our first interaction and also during our entire stay. Nothing was an issue.

The apartment was gorgeous so clean and tidy and comfortable. Our daughter calls it her England House.

I would recommend staying here to anyone and we are hoping that on our annual trips to the UK we will be able to stay here.

If you drive there is secure parking but if not you are so close to the High Street that leads to the train station.

Nothing seems to be an issue for Koran and dealing with a person like him is a credit to the apartments and that alone made our stay so comfortable. Kylie
