Communication was A+, they reached out before I did and they made me feel like it was a reputable company. Quality was great. Craftsman ship good. Overall im highly satisfied abd have referred my friends.

I ordered few moissanite pieces !
First i got the cheap brass with CZ saying its just a place holder until the real ones arrives .....
So obviously emails and emails promising etc etc , finally
After three months i got the exact same jewelry, cheap brass with CZ no GRA certification... nothing
This company is a full scam never order from them

Adamans is true to their word!! I bought like 6 pieces, all were exactly what I expected. I had a issue w/ one item and reshipped a new ASAP. They have my business. They 100% guaranteed and that is NOT a lie!!! Thanks again Adamans.

I placed an order for moissanite jewelry after reading the product description and expected to receive the advertised item. Approximately two months after ordering, I learned through customer support that I had been sent a temporary CZ placeholder while my moissanite piece was still in production. I was not aware of this arrangement before making my purchase. When I requested to cancel the order and return the placeholder item for a refund, my request was denied. My experience with customer support did not resolve my concerns, and I was disappointed that this information was not disclosed to me before I placed the order.

Do not buy from this company. Their products are impossible to return. Both items broke after just one wear, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they only sent a return link that expired after two weeks. When I tried to use it, it said the return period had already ended. Completely unacceptable. I will be reporting this company to the BBB. Ps no real person to talk to

I ordered 3 bracelets from this company and it was supposed to arrive on 6-16-26. The order never arrived and the company is giving me the run around in email. They don't have anyway to contact them by phone and their email is managed by an AI assistant. I am not sure if they are a scam but they are horrible at resolving customer issues.

Adamans is a scam. They do not ship moissanite. They will send a "place holder" of cubic zirconia and then refuse a return. SCAM

This is the most scandalous transaction I have ever come across, these people state that they send place holder pieces until the real pieces come. Meanwhile if I had never inquired about the fake pieces I’d have never known. They claim to have it in there FAQ section the disclosure of initial “placeholder pieces” FAKE PIECES, this type of information should be disclosed in bold font on every piece so that the customer is aware. ADAMANS is a scam company, very disheartening and I hope you are shut down for your absolute fraudulent behavior and breach of customer trust.

The pieces I received were real nice, I will be ordering a custom piece from you guys soon.

I ordered multiple necklaces and bracelets, all in the micro category, so I could layer them. They are stunning, both in color and sparkle, as well as durable. I love jewelry I can wear continually. Very good sale prices!

Quality jewelry but the customer service is terrible. If there is a problem it takes days to hear from them. You can only email them. It takes days for them to respond and if the response is a question to you and you reply it takes days again to hear back from them with a response to your answer. Then days again to find out what the solution will be. I am completely turned off. Most likely not to order from them again.

This was my first order from Adorna and the experience has been fantastic. I love the bracelet I ordered it was exactly the look I was going for. The turnaround from order to delivery was amazing! I will definitely be ordering again.

I don't even want to give them a star. Their products are phoney and not worth a DIME! They turn your skin GREEN! DON'T WAISTE YOUR TIME!. Sad part is I have bought "gold plated jewelry and they don't tarnish like these products!

I have made three purchases from this company and I have no complaints. Each order was for three separate items and two chain and bracelet sets. The stones hit beautifully in the sun and on the dance floor. I have worn the jewelry for days at a time and still no tarnish or fading . You have to clean the items eventually just like all jewelry. I have two beautiful crosses and a praying hands pendant that is unique and great attention to detail when creating it. Also I have two sets of cuban iced chain and bracelet in 12.5mm and 13 mm they are my favorites by far and I see why the quality and the craftsmanship are superior for the Price.

In the beginning I thought it might be a good company until all the mishaps and poor customer service. Then to top it off one of the chains started fading

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Adamans. I placed an order on May 15, 2026, and my order showed Next-Day Delivery / 1–2 days. As of now, I still have not received a shipping confirmation, tracking number, or any real update on my order.

I reached out to customer support and received what appears to be an automated AI response that did not answer anything specific about my order. I also tried calling the listed phone number, but it appears to be disconnected, which is very concerning.

After looking further, I see that many other customers have complained about similar issues — delayed orders, poor communication, and feeling ignored after payment. Unfortunately, I now feel like I am experiencing the same thing. I have not received a clear answer from a human representative, and it feels like I am being ghosted after spending my money.

I previously ordered from this company and received my item quickly, which is why I trusted them again. But this time has been completely different. The lack of communication, no working phone support, and no tracking update after advertising fast delivery is unacceptable.

At this point, I need Adamans to either provide a real shipping update with tracking or issue a refund. I would strongly advise future customers to be cautious and document everything before ordering.

I got my pieces extremely fast and they are even better than modeled on the website

I got the micro tennis bracelet and unfortunately it keeps flipping no matter how I wear it. I tried adjusting it multiple ways and it still flips constantly, which makes it difficult to enjoy.

Customer service was polite and friendly, but the return/exchange process for U.S. customers feels unnecessarily complicated. There’s a 15% restocking fee, no return label is provided, and they require the item to be rewrapped carefully for approval before accepting the return. Overall, it didn’t feel like a very customer-friendly process.

The stones themselves are pretty and sparkly, but the silver feels lightweight and overly shiny in person, which makes the piece feel cheaper than expected.

Overall, it photographs better than it feels in real life.
