Overall pleased with the Axcite software for MTD
I identified the Acxite software as the one I wanted to use to bridge my excel spreadsheet for MTD.
I didn't find it completely straight forward to do the first submission and had to have a lot of help using the chat facility. I do think the instruction videos could be more detailed to have avoided this. Some of the instructions given either via the videos or online chat were insufficient and it seemed it was a learning curve on all sides. That said, I was very impressed with how readily available the help was, and that was a relief given that it was a stressful situation in general with these new HMRC regulations (and for many other people no doubt). I am confident it will be easier going forwards and I don't have any doubts that I have chosen the right software for me.
