Very fairly treated
We recently switched to Acuity at recommendation of our agent. Policy was very fairly priced and provided excellent coverage. What stood out though was the clams process. After twenty years of never having an insurance claim we had two in the first year. We were treated respectfully at every turn and provided fair compensation for our losses. Our agent wanted us that many insurers we decline to renew with that loss history; Acuity stood by us, renewed our policy and only included a cost of living hike in the premiums. They have earned our respect and loyalty.

Honest good service. My agent is my best friend and he has always told me Acuity is the best. Acuity is a little more expensive than some of the big brands but the cost is worth it if you ever have a claim.

The guy I talked to on the phone to get coverage, Caleb, was nice but asked all of the same questions on the survey. Then Caleb kept asking questions outside of my scope of work, ie; how high do you climb outside? answer, high enough to install flood lights, question, like more than 3 stories?
