The product was exactly as described on the website and the price was as good value. The only reason I di not give a 5 star was because delivery was less than desirable. The boxes were not reinforced in the corners so the product was slightly deformed upon delivery.

Easy online ordering
Easy online ordering, quick shippping and delivery. Everything came in the right color as ordered. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the cardboard the fabric was rolled on was bent when delivered which left a slight imprint in the fabric. Not a huge deal at all since this for a home studio and I could care less. But I do think y’all should improve the method I. Which you ship the product. Maybe find stronger materials to roll the fabric on so that it will not bend during shipping.

Knowledgeable and Helpful for soundproofing studio
My contractor called and worked with an account manager who made the process of ordering exactly what we needed extremely easy. I'm building a soundproof studio, and the guidance and products of Acoustical Solutions is invaluable. Thank you so much ;)

Shipping way too expensive
Needed to reorder product and the shipping was almost as much as the fabric….$47 for 3 yards.they could have taken off roll, put in a mailer and it would have been much cheaper

Panels Good, Mounting Hardware Not Precise
The panels themselves seem to have done what we wanted however the system to hang them was tedious and did not come with any tips. We had 7 panels that needed to be mounted level to each other but the "grab" hardware does not allow for precision even with a 4' level. If there is a good way to hang them in a line, it was not passed along.

No complaints
Ordering is easy. Product ships quickly. Quality material My only issue is that shipping is quite expensive, but that's probably out of their control.
