Respectful, efficient and very hard working in the 8 hour installation process on my stairs. He even worked without lunch to complete the installation. He did an extremely good job of explaining the use and all the features of the starlight to me. I am extremely satisfied with my Acorn stairlift which was installed for my wife’s useage and would like to thank Acorn and compliment Jacob on a job well done.

Our installer Dave arrived early and did an amazing job. He was very friendly and answered all my questions with a smile. He demonstrated use of the stairlift well too. I have a sore leg and the stairlift has made a huge difference as i no longer have to struggle up and down very steep stairs. Thank you Acorn

Your pricing was excellent, measuring before installation was quality and the installation of the chair lift was done in a tradesman-like fashion. We were impressed with the time taken to give us instruction of the merits of the stair chair and the explanation of the after sales service. We are very pleased with the stair lift.

We are thrilled with our new stairlift.
The installation was smooth, quiet and painless from our point of view.
The style and colour blend in unobtrusively and it’s operation is simple quiet and efficient.
Our greatest pleasure, of course, is the major difference it has made to all our lives, most particularly my husband’s as it gives him safe, confident and easy transport from one level of our home to the other, while he is unwell.
We are so pleased that we made the decision to invest in an Acorn stairlift, and would like to thank your staff who were unfailingly polite and helpful.

From enquiry to installation, every aspect was great. There was minimal delay from the acceptance of the quote to installation. Emma was extremely helpful and David took very little time installing the chairlift and was great company.
