It was ok, we had a few times where we couldn't meet at schedule times. scheduled hour meetings that sometimes lasted 45 min and was counted as an hour. It would've been better if I could've added those minutes to another session but it never happened.

I was honestly in such a dire situation a week before taking Step. I was barely passing my exams and I was really, really burned out from studying. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing and didn’t know how to change that. I ended up having to delay step and I got a tutor through this company, and I feel like it turned my dedicated around. I really needed someone to guide me in the right direction towards what I needed to be studying and to keep me accountable. Plus, my tutor had faith in me and gave me a lot of positive encouragement which I desperately needed after months of beating myself up for my bad scores. After a long period of time of trying to study for STEP1 on my own, followed million and one techniques, youtube channels and EVERY other way possible to approach this exam for 5 months couldnt get past the 180s. My last approach was to get tutoring (and from todays perspective I wish i did it earlier) not that I got a tutor I got a coacher.
During the consultation session I felt like im being understood, before the consultation I was afraid that I will get a schedule of a death-rode, BUT the schedule was 100% personalised for what I needed, from changing the mindset into positive thinking and self belief into technique that works perfectly.
At first following the schedule and applying the technique was challenging, but after few days it was a perfect routine that I needed.
Two weeks into the process I jumped 22 points, I stared at the score for 5 min couldnt believe what I seeing, after two weeks 17 points jump I went from fail score into 220, scores on my uworld qbank jumped from 40s% into 70s%.
