This was a fantastic service that was extremely helpful and I landed my number 1 residency with their help. They are very thorough and help with every step of the way. I highly recommend this service.

Preparing for STEP 1, it was hard to make my own schedule. Then I heard about Ace Med Boards tutoring from my sister. So I decided to give it a try. I received my very first schedule which was rigorous, structured and detailed. Following the schedule, I sat down for long hours each day. This made sitting down for 8 hours during STEP 1 a breeze. I was barely tired because I was already trained to sit for longer hours.

My Tutor was Kelvin. He was flexible with meetings. One thing I liked about him was that, he was patient. He doesn't make you feel bad for not answering a question correctly. Rather he guides you through the process of how to answer the questions.

Kelvin was an awesome tutor to work with for my Step 1 exam prep! He provided a lot of moral support both in and out of our tutoring sessions and he helped me get into a very solid rhythm with practice questions. By exam day, I felt like I was on autopilot, which took away a lot of the doubt/worry that I usually get when taking tests. I also liked the overall tutoring model that AMB uses and the resources they suggest (UFAPS style). The schedules they create for students are very efficient and thorough. I will say, however, that I experienced laggy communication with the advisors as I got closer to my exam date, which was stressful. They also didn't schedule any rest days throughout my dedicated period (partly because I had a short time frame), so I used my discretion in taking time off as needed and I didn't always stick to their schedule down to the minute. Overall, it is a rigorous program, but I would recommend working with AMB and especially with Kelvin!

I used Ace Med Boards for the Step 2 CK exam and I had a wonderful experience! I had been looking for a reliable tutoring service after having attempted Step 2 and not passing, and I decided to try Ace Med boards after some searching online and having a consultation phone call with them. My tutor, Kelvin helped me to become more confident in my approach to the exam questions, and helped to make the process of studying easier and more manageable. He was always encouraging and was very helpful, often giving tips and shedding light on exam strategies and even helping to answer any general questions I had about other parts of the process like the match and residency.

Along the way, I was also given helpful feedback on how to improve my weaker areas as well as receiving a personalized study schedule tailored to my needs. I really saw the difference in my Uworld and assessment scores within about just two weeks of starting the tutoring. Additionally, they helped me get into a better headspace when it finally came time to sitting the exam. It was definitely a great experience, and Ace Med Boards is a team of kind, hardworking and caring individuals who want to help you succeed. All in all, a great investment!

I had been studying for step 1 for four weeks, drilling down content as best as I could (my foundation was weak) and still could not pass my practice exams so I reached out ace med boards. After 5 sessions, I passed my practice test! They do a really good job of helping you tackle the questions/apply once you get the content down. I had Gleb and I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH HOW GREAT HE WAS! He was so encouraging and his explanations were very helpful.

The tutors would constantly reschedule or not be available. I had to switch tutors multiple times. Also, if a session goes a few minutes over, they charge you for that (like deduct the minutes out).

Paid close to $4000 for a tutoring package. Met with tutor regularly and did what they recommended. I still was not in passing range. Big waste of money would not recommend.

I signed up after a reddit post that made it sound like they work miracles. They might be accommodating with tutor hours but that means nothing if that doesn't translate well.

Overall, I felt the company didn't really care nor attempted to ensure progress was being made.

This company helped me prepare for Step 1 and CBSE so much better than I would have done on my own. Their tutors were extremely helpful and they taught such a good approach to attack the questions with. Kelvin and Julie were my tutors, and I am so thankful to have had them during this process. I could never thank them enough!

This tutoring service and my tutor Kelvin were fundamental in helping me pass my step exam. I truly think I wouldn’t have been able to pass without out the helpful tools that they gave me. Kelvin was also amazing with helping in the mental toll that this exam placed on me and was always accommodating to whatever I needed. Not only did they help me pass my step exam but they also assisted with prepping for my family medicine shelf exam, which I also passed. I would definitely recommend for anyone having trouble taking board exams!

As a second year student preparing for COMLEX LEVEL I , I was struggling with my test taking ability. Working with AceMedBoards provided me with a systematic strategy to approach each question which I found gave me confidence attacking each question.

Ace medical boards is who I owe thanks for landing my dream psychiatry residency program. Before, my downfall was my interview. Mohit, who I was blessed to work with, was exceptionally skilled in pinpointing my pitfalls. He spent hours by my side to train me to respond effectively to the most critical questions. He also helped me fine-tune my physical presentation. Thanks to his mentorship, I improved my skills from 0 to 100. I went into the interview confidently and successfully reflected on my authentic self and clearly and efficiently portrayed why I am an excellent fit for the job. The same night of the interview, the program director called me to offer me the position.

The team genuinely cares for students and will bend backwards for them when necessary. Since my interview was last minute, everyone went out of their way to shuffle their priorities to be available to help me immediately. I am sincerely grateful they stepped up and were here for me when I needed them at the most critical time.

I definitely recommend Ace Med Boards and wish I could do even more! I’m a 2nd time reapplicant (US DO) in the match with red flags. I didn’t even know if I was cut out for this as last year I only had 3 interviews and felt I shouldn’t even try this year. Had some faculty advisors tell me to look into being a drug rep. Life was low but I’m glad I heard about Ace Med Boards and how much they helped an upperclassman from my school last year in matching. This time around I had 16 interviews and matched my number 1 program!! They helped edit my full ERAS application, my personal statement, my MSPE letters. Had a few call sessions with them which went really well and got actionable advice I could implement before the match. Got phenomenal interview prep and feedback for my answers too! And they were really supportive, way more than my own school was to be honest. Definitely recommend and if you’re a reapplicant I would do everything that they say to! I’ll be moving to my new place in 2 weeks and am super excited to be a resident finally this July!

My experience with Gleb has been truly wonderful. He explains everything in such great detail and has given me tips and tricks for how to approach questions on the USMLE. He helps make connections between the material and sheds light on things I have not thought of before. I would definitely recommend Ace Med Boards!

Iam really having fun with this program. Haven't taken an nbme yet but my experience with Gleb has been the best so far. He really gave me reason to keep pushing. He'll explain everything in great detail and make sure I understood. I can feel a much easier and better approach of studying which is what I've always desired.

I loved my experience with AMB, and would recommend it to anyone studying for step 1. I adored my tutor Ruba, who always kept in touch with me throughout the studying process and made my study period less stressful. AMB was particularly useful as an IMG and I plan on using this service again for future board exams.

I was studying and studying and seeing no results. I met with Gleb and he helped me change my approach to questions and helped explain things to me one-on-one that I don't think I could have gotten anywhere else. I really recommend the one-on-one tutoring to help cater to your specific needs because no matter how many times you do UFAPS sometimes you need an extra push to make the connection you've been missing. When I reached out to Ace Med, I was close to passing Step 1, but could not get my score up. I was panicked, struggling, and my score began dropping instead of rising. Through Aishwarya’s guidance and encouragement, I was able to embrace a healthier, clearer mindset and approach questions more reasonably. She was able to help me fill in some of my gaps, while also teaching me how to think through questions I previously would freak out on. She checked in on me and my studying from time-to-time and was willing to answer all my questions. She believed in me, she assured me that I had the tools and knowledge I needed to succeed, and she helped me stay calm throughout this stressful time. Within a few weeks, my score jumped above passing and steadily increased. In less than six weeks, I was able to see a dramatic improvement in my scores and my mental health, and I owe much of that to Dr. Prasad. I’m so grateful to have had her during this process. She is wonderful, and she made the Step 1 experience much more enjoyable.

I was at a low point in believing I could not pass Step 1 back in April 2020 and I spotted a post in Step 1 Reddit where a user described how his score jumped using Ace Med Boards and thought, "Well...my score isn't budging self-studying UFAPS so why not?" I called the same day I read the post and spoke with the founder detailing my issues and after payment was set up with Dr. Aishwarya Prasad. To be honest, what she taught me was mostly "how". How to study, how to take practice exams, how to review Uworld, how to approach First Aid, and most importantly how to draw on the vast amount of knowledge I had accumulated in MSY1 and 2 that was being stymied by a lack of self-confidence and fear of the exam. I worked with her weekly, for one hour over 10 weeks. We started by doing question blocks and she would serve as a guide primming my brain and teaching me to "think" my way to the correct answer. She also designed study schedules that were available for download and was available via text whenever I had questions about the material. I chose to hire a tutor over the big-name exam prep companies because I wanted more 1-on-1 attention for my weaknesses and to discover my strengths and make them stronger. You don't get that with a prep company when you're one of many in a classroom. Furthermore, I am an IMG in my clerkship years and I needed something that could work around my rotation schedule. In the final days before our last session, I took NBME 27 and scored a 192 on it. While those reading might think that is not a big deal well, I took NBME 26 on May 24th and score at 153...so yes THAT IS HUGE and it is all thanks to Dr. Prasad's guidance! She will be the voice in my head during the exams saying "slow down!" and "RTDQ". I started with Ace Med Boards in February my preparation for Step 2 CK with Dr. Saxena. He is very patient and he is able to balance teaching with UWorld tutoring very well. Don't worry if your knowledge is not there, because he will help you build it as you go along. He is very friendly and his strategies will help you master the questions.
