Down one star because of the building. Sad state of affairs that since they rent the shop they can't do adaptations because of the small step at the door where my electric wheelchair would not navigate and needed my partner to lift the chair (and me) over it to get In The store

Helpful and efficient
I rang the shop after my rollator wheel jammed - Stuart said they didn’t do spare parts as in new wheels but to bring it straight in and he would have a look.
He didn’t just fix the wheel he made the whole thing more stable - so greatful for the quick and friendly service!

Excellent service from the minute you walk into the shop, very knowledgeable staff, especially the manager Clare who remembered me when I went back to make my purchase, walked me to my car with the wheelchair and gave me further instructions about usage , safety , loading and after care

A good purchase and experience
Rang to check the stock at the Llandno store and Paul was very helpful and informative. I went to see product and Paul demonstrated and made my purchase. There was nosales pressure and he told me my return if faulty rights.
I paid and Paul offered to take my purchase out to my car in the car park. I was very impressed with his attitude.

This was my first visit to Able World…
This was my first visit to Able World and as soon as i walked in the door i was greeted with Good Morning by 2 members of staff.
I explained what i was looking for and they took me to the relevant part of the department. I was shown a variety of walking sticks and was very happy with the one i chose.
Will definitely visit again if i decide i would like a different walking stick to the one i chose or some other item.

Mum and I visited this shop 3 times ,over the last fhew months we bought a bed ,recliner chair, and rollator . Easy parking and access to the shop is great. Had a lovely warm welcome from Julie & Pete who were very helpful nothing was to much trouble for them they were both knowledgeable of the items we were interested in and happy to explain the benefits of the products more suitable for my mums needs spent lots of money bought wot we needed had such a laugh with Julie & Pete thanks so much
