Staff in the showroom were fantastic but let down by delivery
Staff in the showroom were fantastic. Handled an initial phone call and a visit so well, showing great product knowledge and kindness to my elderly mother. Very pleased with the product purchased. Unfortunately the service was let down when it came to delivery. The wrong reclining chair was delivered, which caused me great inconvenience, and I barely got an apology.

The knowledge and assistance from staff , not pushy in any way and able to guide me very well as to what I needed and also advise other products available without any pressure . One staff member's attitude was very unhelpful!
The attitude of one staff member wasn't very helpful he said " that's above my pay grade."
All he had to do was check my name on an item, how hard was that. They seem to have lots of staff, some are very busy while others don't seem to be doing very much. Maybe this guy was an apprentice? It was a bad look for the company, this guy definitely needs customer service training. Company and rest of staff were very good.
