Called in to assess what I might need following an upcoming hip replacement operation. Very helpful member of staff who showed me what was available and offered very useful advice - we will be back!

I hired
a scooter from the Colchester branch for the weekend, they was a slight issue with the hire but they went above and beyond to resolve the problem and I couldn't have been more happy with the outcome. The staff were friendly and professional and a credit to the company. I could not recommend the company more highly.
