I always get excellent customer service. When I call I can speak to someone immediately or someone returns my call the same day. All staff are incredibly friendly, supportive, and helpful.

Auditors made the process easy, stuck to their schedule, everything ran very smoothly. They were approachable, ready to answer questions, and understood our business. The employees that were interviewed advised that the auditors made them feel at ease and they had no issues answering the questions.

I have been doing audits with ASAP since 2011 and over the years marks have gone up slowly. They give lots of samples and advice on what you can do. ALTHOUGH audits make my stomach nervous

Was a long process to get our certificate. Had to send in more paperwork,then after doing that got the exact same email as the first asking for the paperwork we already sent in. Had a guy phone who really didn't know what the lady wanted us to send in either. When we sent another email asking exactly what was wanted we received no reply, but was emailed our certificate from.another woman.🤦‍♀️

Working with Tatonga and Ryan Howell was a pretty stress free experience. Very professional and efficient.
