Investing in UK properties from overseas has its dose of challenges and hiccups. Especially for the first one. I felt that Fabrik acted as a true trusted partner from start to finish of the transaction AND (arguably more importantly) even after the transaction completed. Matt, Lynne, Hollie and the team did a fantastic job at solving problems and following up on the ground promptly. As a non UK-resident investor, it is good to count Fabrik as your partners on the ground.
