Did exactly as promised - teeth straightened for half the cost of Invisalign hassle free. When I wasn't happy with how straight my teeth were after my first set of aligners, I was able to get a new set of aligners for free to make my teeth straighter and how I wanted them.

I was initially hesitant with Aalto as I wasn't aware there had been a name change from Bitesoft Co - but their customer service has been great and always gotten back to me in an appropriate time and helpful when things weren't going as planned. Having finished my treatment a few years ago, Aalto had no issues with me only needing to order a new retainer and had all my treatment history and information on file which they could work with.

Quick and affordable

My initial aligner plan was with Bitesoft and half way through the company changed hands. The process has been easy and smooth, using the scan box for fortnightly check ins, however the response from the dentist seems to always come quite late in the night regardless of when I sent my scans in. I also was under the impression my first set of retainers were included in the initial payment but they weren’t. However customer service is really prompt in answering emails and always helpful.

Smooth 10-month treatment (Dec 2025 – Oct 2026). All deliveries and check-ins were handled via mail and email and the app. Clear instructions, responsive customer support, and really good final results. A convenient option.

Being able to re order retainers easily after treatment is really important, without having to go through a costly procedure. So as long as this is still accessible continued easily into future, it means that the initial treatment for teeth doesn’t go back to where it was before treatment. So upfront costs are honest and not tricky to have to continue crazy expenses after.

At less than half the price quoted by others it was a no brainer. Having the involvement of a dentist and dental monitoring was great. I liked the dentist alto referred me to so much that I’ve actually kept her as my general dentist. Communication has been great and I’m really happy with the outcome.

I had done plenty of research on clear aligners before starting my treatment with Bitesoft (now Aalto), I was a bit sceptical about going ahead as I am located in NZ, however Aalto managed to deal direct to a dentist near me and made my experience super easy and efficient.
