I am extremely impressed with my experience with A1 Recruiting. I have worked with other recruiters in the past, but none have been as efficient and effective as A1 Recruiting.
Their registering process is very simple. I just needed to fill out an online form that asked both experience and also preference. What was particularly important was that there was a special needs/requests box. So if you have any restrictions they are able to take those into consideration when finding a potential match.
I was on a time crunch and Joe was my main point of contact. Within a few messages we were able to secure 2 interviews for that same day and within a week I had secured a contract with a great school that suits be greatly.

I worked with Joe, who has been extremely helpful, reassuring and knowledgable about the process. He put me in touch with multiple schools and quickly scheduled interviews. He thoroughly and patiently explained all relevant steps of the VISA process, which has been especially tricky in my case as I'm an English teacher with dual nationality, making everything twice as long and complicated.
While the process itself had its fair share of hurdles and frustrations, A1 has been never less than transparent and trustworthy, and there was never a moment where I felt pressured to make a decision.

Despite a small hurdle with one school, I was able to successful secure my contract and visa through A1 recruiting with another school. I originally found this company on Dave’s ESL Cafe forum. Best advice: be aggressive/talkative on the virtual interviews! And . . . Save up funds enable to be ready to start the new chapter for your life. A1 has quick responses/feedback time so you need to be prepared at any point in time. Joe kept my anxiety down as the waiting process extended a few more weeks than I thought. Im grateful since I always have alot of questions, too.
