I've used several ATS over the years and never really got on with them. Get Staffed is clear, easy to navigate, and straight forward from reading CVs to setting up templates. It has made the whole recruitment process painless!

I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and customer care provided by Gareth communication was prompt and efficient, with all correspondence handled courteously via email. The service itself was carried out to a high standard, I would not hesitate to recommend Gareth and his team for their outstanding service and efficiency.

There's a lot of tools out there for TA's and agency recruiters but nothing I've found comes remotely close to Get Staffed as a complete package.

The platform is easy to use, with intelligent AI to help with filtering candidates based on suitability. Reaches candidates we otherwise wouldn't have been able to reach and makes it simpler than ever to give feedback, send interview requests and manage a pipeline of applicants.

Aside from the platform, their account management team are fantastic and provide a top-tier service. My experience with Gareth Riddiford has been nothing short of exceptional and I can't sing his praises enough. Constantly on hand to support and advise as well as provide additional candidates when required. Special mention to James Cooper too for his support as well. Two professionals who are a credit to GetStaffed!

Communication is always easy and responsive, They are quick to get the ads out and we soon have candidates flooding in. James is always lovely to correspond with and checks in when the ad is near to closing. There is no pressure from Get Staffed, they are there to provide a service and they deliver. We've come back again and again to use Get Staffed for various roles.
