I test drove the car engine management light on, they took it to mechanic and light off, drove home and the light came on
I have just spent months fighting with them, I got it checked out by independent garage advised not to drive
Still waiting for the refund

A13 cars was brilliant. I cannot thank Anhar and his team enough. I collected my car on Saturday, the 6th of September 2025. This review is somewhat delayed as my daughter shortly after had been admitted to A&E. Apologies to Anhar and the team for this being so delayed. Anhar and his team were amazing they ensured I had peace of mind before I left with my new vehicle. They gave me above average for my part exchange beating most of the top competitors. He then sourced a second spare car key for my new vehicle when one was not originally listed. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met with the new car. On the day of collection Anhar noticed the MOT would run out soon in December, so from their own expense, he had the MOT done the same day of collection. During the MOT it was found that the front brake pads needed replacing, which he sorted, again from their own expense. In order to get insured on my new vehicle conditions were set out by my insurance provider stating the vehicle needed to have a tracker. Anhar arranged for an S5 category tracker to be installed prior to me collecting the vehicle, this was last minute and he was able to arrange this without any issues. Their extremely organised and efficient. Our experience at A13 cars was 10 to none. I highly recommend them and will be going back in the future. Again, thank you all so much.

So it’s been a hassle free 5 star service from all the guys at a13 cars these guys could not do enough getting the car ready making sure it was perfect highly recommend buying from here
