Although it took a while to be served (understandable considering it was boxing day) we did have excellent service and patience. The product knowledge was great. Ended up buying 2 bikes.

Average experience with a click & collect at the Marion store. Says 2hr click & collect but 4hrs went by & never got a confirmation that my order was ready, I had to ring the store. When I did go & get it the guy that served me was friendly & made sure my stuff was all there. But when I got home & opened the box for my helmet it was dirty & missing the pad liners etc. The online team has sorted the issue for me though & very apologetic.

They have a very good selection of everything you might need at a very competitive price. Very helpful staff who are knowledgeable and friendly. They lose a point for ending the gold membership.
