all parts worked as described. only issue came with slightly different bolts that required me to run to the hardware stoe to purchuse new nuts. it would been better if nuts were included.

Great service, but blades did not fit.
I ordered blades for my Craftsman rider based on entering the model number. The blades arrived as predicted. Went to install the blades. and the star pattern in the center was too small. Had the right number of points (5), but overall, the hole was smaller than the original blades and would not fit on the spindles. 8Ten did refund me the purchase price.

Ordered a belt and pulley
Ordered a belt and pulley, the belt came and over two weeks later I have yet to see my pulley. I sent message to company to see what hold up was and they said it was held up by FedEx.

Their customer service is over the top. I ordered a mower deck rebuild kit and everything was so easy to install. Looking up parts on their website could not be easier. Great experience.

Be transparent before a purchase with things like package being delayed at customs for going on 2 weeks and my package is still in Memphis Tennessee.. Nobody cares,not FedEx,not 8ten.no attempted to get me my parts asap..

Love Their Belts
The belt I ordered was perfect. Went right on and gave no problem. I first tried to replace this with just an automotive belt. That belt stretched and went crazy with twists after 20 minutes of using it. So I got about a $1 per minute of mowing out of the auto belt. But this one from 8ten Parts....looks like it will last a good long time. I'll be ordering a full set for my mower next spring....just in case I break one.
