Appalling service. The kit arrived damaged and unuseable and despite contacting them by email at least 6 times and receiving a response from the refunds department saying the refund would be give, it never was. I called the customer service number and despite being "first in line" my call was never answered.
Terrible service. Did not fulfil my order. Avoid
I have posted my completed test kit to you on the 6th of January and to this day no result and no refund. You have not fulfil my order. You are playing ping pong with emails asking for the details of my order, when I have forwarded all details that YOU have sent me in my very first email. I am reporting you to GOV website where your services were advertised amongst other approved providers.
Late delivery, no results, AVOID
Test kits for me and my partner arrived late and never received test results (been over 2 weeks). Rang up and was told someone would email regarding a refund, had an email ignoring the refund with generic comments about what would cause a delay. I replied again asking for a refund and was ignored. Test result now useless as can already leave isolation. Have opened a case with my bank.
A 20 day Saga of Failure
I ordered 2 test kits for me and my girlfriend. 20 days later, and still nothing. Total scam!
27 Dec 2021 : Both orders booked and paid by us
29 Dec 2021 : We arrived back in the UK. Test kits should have been delivered to our address but did not
30 Dec 2021 : I emailed and called support (no answer)
31 Dec 2021 : I emailed and called support. Was told logistics team will get back to us but did not
2nd Jan 2022 : Called and emailed support. Was told on the call the kits had not been sent and to allow for another 24 hrs for logistics to get back to me, despite getting the same answer on the 31st. Approaching 6th day of ordering while it should have been completed within 2 days
3rd Jan 2022 : Called support again and told that Royal Mail has lost the package. Despite being told the kits had not been sent a day before. Told to order replacement kits.
5th Jan 2022 : Kits finally arrived (7 days after first ordering). Even taking into account the delays due to the festive period, this is much longer than we anticipated. We sent the samples back to the priority mail box on the same day to get delivered to the labs.
15th Jan 2022 : We have not received or heard anything back regarding our samples. We do not know if the samples ever got tested and we have not gotten our results.
I have requested a full refund but I suspect I will never see the money back.
Support replied to emails very sporadically. It was really difficult to get to them on the phone, and their support number charges me by the minute too.
How a company like this can be on the government-approved list is beyond me. They will probably get away with it too since we are not required to do PCR tests anymore..
Don’t buy from here
Don’t buy from here unless it’s the cheapest you can find and expect to wait out the isolation period with rapid tests. I got the kit 3 days late and it has been 9 days since I sent it back – have received no results. Got through to customer service after an hour and was told the results would come within 24 hours, those 24 hours are long gone.
Terrible company
Terrible company, bad service and no training in basic customer service. Not only that but trying to attempt to take my money without providing any product or service. Just about to take them to court. AVOID!!!

The sign of a really dodgy company - not only do they 'try' to not return funds. They also do not respond and ignore emails requesting my money back despite there own answer service saying they respond within 4 hours.....
Do not use - test doesnt arrive in time
My partner ordered a test to arrive on 27th December. It did not arrive until 4th January. She had to buy another one from an alternative company to make her isolation end to see family in time before leaving the UK again. Made what should have been a few short days reunited with family for the first time in years worth it, but ended up spending most locked in her room. Dreadful company. No availability for refund or cancellation as she had used the code for her passenger locator form. Test now sat at her mothers house unused as she had been out of the country for days by the time it showed up.
Test results not received
We ordered 3 Day2 tests and sent the results to the lab.Only my husband received the result. I wrote to 365covidtesting and they asked some questions, but again did not get the results from lab.
No results
Too bad service. Day 2 PCR test result not arrived, already been 7 days the sample is posted and received by the them and no hope to get the results

Bought 2 pcr tests on 3Dec and have not received results on 4 January. Emailed them to request a refund and was refused! Horrible company and would never recommend them.

Horrible service
Horrible service, i have ordered from this company 5 days before my trip back to England. it was 2nd day fully vaccinated self kit. This test provides on the list of the government approved companies. O n the website says if you buy on weekdays and place the order before 1pm you due to receive the kit next working day.
Also there nothing says about delivery price, which will surprise you its 10 pounds for royal mail 24 hours delivery, which cost not 10 and less. Two days later i received confirmation that its been dispatched but royal mail tracking didn't work.
It's impossible to reach this company over the phone and also they never answer on the emails. Its been almost a week since i back to the UK and still no test has been received.
Avoid to use this company. And government should create something straight forward and easy to order the test and you dont have to spend much time by clicking all possible links from the list providers

I've ordered a test and it's just been dispatched 3 days later. Absolutely outrageous timing. Go for anything but this test provider.
Complete scam, unreachable customer support
Website promised that purchases on the 23-12-21 will arrive on 24-12-21. Test has not arrived on 28-12-21, customer support email is not answering the question, instead opting to provide copy-paste answers from their FAQs that are not relevant at all! Their listed phone numbers (two different numbers on GOV.UK and their website) is also unreachable. Very much a scam, do not purchase.

Anyway all the team was great on promptly answering me about any questions…
