I recently completed an Apprenticeship with 1st for EPA as assessors. Everybody I have spoken to was very helpful and the assessors themselves were lovely, really helped settle any nerves. I also got my results super quick!

My experience with 1st for EPA went very well. Everyone is very friendly and supportive and I felt very welcome and calm when completing my assessments.

I recently completed my Marketing Level 6 Apprenticeship with 1st for EPA being the assessing body. My assessor was very professional and made feel at ease when doing the professional interview. The feedback and my results were delivered when they said they would be too. Great experience thank you

Teams did not work so I sent a very simple email saying this.

I was responded to by HELEN SHINNER. She was extremely rude, discourteous and stated by email that I was very unprofessional and basically lying about what I said in a very non-blaming email.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. Says everything about the person and the organisation.

I had only positive experiences with 1st for EPA. Great communication, lovely assessors who made the experience much less daunting and were highly professional. I had a difficult experience with my provider so getting to this stage and being put at ease was invaluable. Thank you!

I would have given 1st For EPA 5 stars as they were responsive when I contacted them, they gave good feedback and gave me enough information in the PDF to pass, but I am giving 3 stars because of my disappointment over the delay with feedback. I was expecting feedback on the 24th January, but had to wait until the 9th February, because they wouldn’t feedback to me until the CIPD sent me my certificate and I felt this caused me some unnecessary frustration, and I felt that I was a victim of a rather inflexible process.

Some other feedback:

I did feel that it wasn't entirely clear what was needed for the project element and I wasn't sure how to match my experiences to the standards and exactly what evidence to provide. The PDF suggested that an appendix shouldn’t be included, but I felt that potentially this is exactly what was needed for a vocational project. I also did not really know what to expect with the professional conversation and struggled with this element, again I felt that some extra information at this stage would be useful.

The experience was straightforward and seamless. The feedback from my EPA was detailed which was much appreciated!

1st for EPA are an excellent EPAO to deal with. They are always on hand to answer any queries I have and to give me support and guidance.

I have just completed my EPA with 1st for EPA and they were brilliant.

Their information on what criteria we needed to hit to pass my EPA was simple and easy to follow.

On the day of my EPA my assessor Amna was so lovely and definitely put my nerves at ease as we went through my presentation and professional discussion.

Absolutely loved completing the Marketing Executive apprenticeship as I really believed I found my calling and what I was meant to do. Throughout the experience I wasn't surprised to learn that I go about things differently to what is expected and it was really great to be supported by my tutor and the College to achieve on my terms. Big shout out to Neil Wilkins for really testing my knowledge and pushing me to think deeper and more critically, he really is inspiring and a great advocate for individuality within marketing.

EPA were great.

My computer decided to bluescreen halfway through my assessment. Not ideal when you're nervous and trying to just...get through it! But I was reassured as my assessor had taken my mobile number ready to continue to assessment should technology fail.

Thankfully I rejoined the session and we carried on where we left off.

I received a nice amount of feedback around my project plan and the exam itself.
