Very quick delivery ordered on a thursday delivered by monday. Rob and Theo very friendly assembled the sofa quickly great service very happy with our new sofa

Fast, easy, no bs service. Bought a sofa and it came 4 days later, delivery chaps took my old wrecked one away. Happy with the new one.

I had previously put a review on trustpiot when purchashing our corner sofa, we were asked at the time to do so, infact i feel we were pressured at the time, to write one.
I am now here to tell anyone please beware! We made the mistake of trusting that we would get what we ordered.
At the time of delivery we knew our order was wrong, but the delivery staff would not help at all.
For 2 whole weeks now we have been trying to get things put right, with no success, just passed around,
The salesman has passed un true information back to head office, we are no nearer getting the problems resolved. We shopped in the Manchester show room
Be aware if your buying a corner unit with electric recliners there are 3 type of consoles, we ordered duel controls, they delivered hot/cold cup ones, we cant even get them to admit the mistake, let alone change to what we ordered. And at the time of ordering we were not made aware there are different ones, while we were shown the duel console, sat in the sofa in the showroom testing it and asking to purchase exactly the same, we were not told there were any different ones.
We have been delivered, internal electric recliners that you have to shove your hand inbetween the seats to use, i have already hurt my hand trying to do this, and i can only imagine the damage to the sofa this will cause over time, we ordered a unit where this would be controlled on the console, but thats not what we got.
Also we bought the 5 year warrenty, but when ive asked for the paper work on this, im told there is none, and currently have no idea who supplies this support or who to contact should there be a problem, if its Abode direct i worry with the current experience we wouldnt get anything fixed.
We also ordered a footstool which has been delivered in the wrong material and can not get them to take it back or change it.
The whole experience is most dissapointing, we've ended up having a substandard product not fit for purpose, no customer service and a huge expense.
Please beware when making any purchase, we made the massive mistake of trusting the sales man to be honest re his mistake at the time of order, and the bigger mistake of letting him know what our spend limit was.
Check the emailed paperwork you get sent, even better ask them to explain it in detail at the time of order, its not clear on there at all.
There is a huge level of dis honesty going on with us right now so please be very careful.

Great quality furniture . Delivered within three days of order . I paid extra for the guys to put together and take boxes away , this is well worth it . Delivery men amazing , very polite and helpful , one was called Chris but can't remember other chaps name . I would reccomend this company .

Fantastic service, from start to finish. And my 2 seater and 3 seater recliners are so comfy.

Had Rob and Theo today delivery and install our new sofa. I can't praise their work ethic and professionalism any higher. They were polite, quick and even helped rearrange the furniture to ensure it all fit correctly. A great asset to themselves and the company.

So as per order stating xavier grey plus fabric we had issues told was preassure marks would go after 1 week. Still there nearly 7 weeks later. Company has ignored many emails after them passing to harry twice. Even ignored rejection notice under consumer rights. Did charge back due to them ignoring it all. They have replied to bank stating all is correct - bank wanted a report done. Bank said company said we have a xavier grey distressed velvet sofa. So point is one company changed the listing end of aug early sept from being plush fabric to distressred velvet. So we now dont have what we ordered so they have broken the contract on that side of things. • The merchant is in breach of Section 11 and Section 13 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I was sold an item described by the store as plush fabric (which implies a smooth, uniform pile). The item provided is actually distressed velvet (which is intentionally crushed, textured, and uneven)."

We also got the report dont which has found issues with alignment issues. Pile issues within material. Excessive gab between cushion and corner section. Underfilled back cushions and other things. Company still ignoring all this and person lisa is the one who deals with it all. I spoke to a guy in manchester who messaged the whats app group lisa replied saying it was being sorted 🤣 nothings been sorted at all in any way. Sent it all back to bank again now.

Geordie put the sofa together speedy and it looks great, everything was demonstrated before he left and we are very happy with it.

Really fast delivery. Rob and Chris were great, stayed calm when it didn't fit lolz. All in all v.happy
