This company is cheap for only one reason. I ordered a corner sofa asked for it to be delivered at the end of the month. 2 days later they tried to deliver. Well then when we wanted it to be delivered it arrived but missing a box. So they assembled what they had. So I waiting for the missing box to arrive. Got 3 failed deliveries from items missing to wrong boxes been delivered. I spoke to customer services who promised to get it sorted. Well a week late the box arrived but just left and not unbox and fitted like we paid for. This is a company i would never use again.

Rob and Theo were very friendly and careful whilst bringing the sofa into our property. They installed it very quick without any hassle.

If I could give them no stars I would ordered a recliner set with armchair the fist delivery company damaged our brand new floor put down 2 days before the delivery then they denied doing any damage to the floor and drove off with our sofa set and left our old sofa outside they reschedule a new delivery company to come out they bring the armchair in first whiteout making sure everything was alright with it and continue with the 2 and 3 pices after they put the 2 and 3 sofas together they told us that the armchair was damaged plus they damaged our property again have pictures of everything even before delivery and after spoke to the manager he said he understood the delivery company had made a mistake but he didn't belive me when I said the second delivery company had made yet another mistake and damaged yet again my brand new flooring now the second delivery left all the funiture in our little living room and my dogs are confined to stay in the kitchen in distress because they cant go through the living room in case they might jump on the sofas trying to get them upstairs and my small children have to stay upstairs because they won't do an emergency removal of their sofas so our living room can be used again and we can get sofas from another company this is completely unacceptable that our house is being used as their personal wear house

Very quick delivery, our sofa was ordered Sunday and delivered Tuesday. Gordy and his colleague were polite and friendly and Gordy was very efficient putting it together, while his colleague tidied all the packaging away.

Jordie was fantastic. He carried up all parts of the sofa 1 flighter stairs on his own. Excellent service and very polite. Sofa is lovely and comfortable. Highly recommend.
