Sandeep, Mags and Sats from One Clean were professional and friendly. They did a thorough clean in my brothers flat which had been neglected for some time and needed a lot of work. Well done and thank you.

I got a few quotes, I wanted someone to declutter and help me organise and a good clean, but most couldn't offer me that service and some only offering a few hours for a lot of money. 1Clean offered me what I wanted and more, they came for 3 days and Mags really got me working with making decisions, it was the look she gave me that made me laugh, but she never pressured me. The boys Sat and Sandeep did an amazing job in my kitchen, the cooker looked brand new, Sat totally cleaned my mattress and Sandeep was on his hands and knees transforming my stair carpet. There was 4 of us in my bedroom, they worked so well as a team and my bedroom had space for me to walk all the way round. So many bags of clothes and bric a brac went to charity and the team filled their van full every day.

They did an amazing job to my little one bed home. But they can only do so much, the rest is down to me and keeping it clutter free.

PS: expect a bit of hunting for things, they won't be where you put them down or where you usually store them and don't expect your favourite jam to be there, if it's out of date! it's a great opportunity for you to personally organise and rearrange, to make your life easier.

Phoned three companies one being 1Clean, they were so professional, they came out and assessed the work and provided me with a fact based quotation, which was £1500 cheaper than the others. The work they did at the property was amazing, what an eye for detail. Thanks guys once again.

I approached 1clean to see if they could help to clean a family member's house as they could not be discharged from hospital until it was made safe. From start to finish, 1clean were professional in their approach and understanding of the nature of hoarding. The initial assessment was completed shortly after my enquiry and the work started the same week.
Communication throughout was excellent, they spoke with me about which items could be disposed of (or needed to be disposed of).
Once complete, the standard was excellent and I couldn't believe the difference. I would highly recommend 1Clean not just for the standard of their work but also the attentive and supportive nature of the staff.

UNRELIABLE: 1clean reneged on and cancelled an end of tenancy clean, with 2 days notice. This was despite a site visit and numerous phone calls confirming the cleaning date.
This has cost me hundreds of £££ in additional rent as I couldn't find another cleaner at 2 days notice, plus stress, plus hours of making calls to various cleaners.
OVERPRICED: 1clean quoted me £400 for a 3 bed flat. Getting quotes from several other cleaners, I was advised £300 - £330 is about right.
Overall: I wouldn't touch this company with a bargepole. They badly let me down when I was relying on them.

1Clean were engaged to clear the flat of a recently deceased friend. He had clearly been mentally unwell and the flat was shockingly filthy and knee to waist deep in rubbish and the toilets were unbelievably filthy.
1Clean were kind and sensitive but disposed of all rubbish and unsalvageable furniture and cleaned the flat until is was immaculate and only requiring a coat of paint to finish the job.
I am so glad I managed to engage them it removed a lot of stress from an upsetting situation.
I can 100% recommend this service.

I was give the contact details for 1Clean Services by the hospital staff where my father was emitted. I called 1Clean and told them we needed a deep clean of my father's property so he could be safely discharged back home. I met up with Sat and the team at the property and after explaining what they could do the job was booked in very quick. The team carried out an excellent job and in a very quick time scale, they even cleared front and back gardens and repaired a down stair toilet. 1 Clean service provided a fantastic service for two of my clients I was supporting. They deep cleaning, decluttered, disposed rubbish. They also provided handy man service -sorting out faulty lights, plumbed in new washing washing, disposed white goods
Above everything else their communication with the clients was excellent, they made both clients feel at ease despite their homes being so cluttered. They worked round the clients' s needs, managed the client 's anxiety very well. They communicated the progress well each step of the way. Both homes were transformed and both clients were very pleased with the work that was undertaken

I urgently needed a cleaning company to complete a deep clean job to facilitate a discharge from a short stay bed.Most cleaning companies did not have capacity to do the job until after 6 weeks to 2 month. Their prices were very expensive too. I contacted 1clean and within 24hours they visited the property and gave the family a quote. The whole job was completed within few days with a complete make over.They fitted new toilet, bath, etc. They fitted a key safe as well. I will highly recommend this company. They do a great job, their prices are good and they are very fast . The service user and his family were very happy with the service.
