Superb service from beginning to end, 100% fully recommended.

My queries and booking an appointment was easy to sort, Cheryl is uber helpful and quick to respond. Pricing was easy to sort too and I must compliment the guy that came out to clean our carpets in a first floor flat, nothing seemed to phase him! He was really lovely, friendly and very approachable all whilst remaining professional at all times. Thank you so much for a superb service, excellent charges and a first class job.

Great carpet cleaner....we thought our carpet wasn't that dirty when we moved into our new house HOWEVER after seeing the dirt that flushed through at the end....urrgghh! It now smells, looks & feels very clean. Also had a sofa clean. Very impressed. We will definitely use these guys again. Thanks Ryan & Jamie!

Excellent service. The chap turned up on time but could not start he job as my area had a power cut so he went to his next job, rang me to see if supply was back on(which luckily it was) and came back. The could Carpets and sofa look like new. Definitely will recommended to family and friends.

I normally use another carpet cleaning company but they were full for the next month but was desperate as my toddler had a couple of urine accidents in her bedroom. I booked with neat carpet cleaning. On the visit I stressed to the technician my child’s room in particular. As my carpets are done every 3 months my carpets look immaculate in general. The carpet was left very wet for a good 2/3 days. In the bedroom of concern was a very strong urine smell. The company were messaging back instantly when I was booking in as they had a cancellation so seemed desperate to fill that slot. Once I got in touch after 12ish hours of the urine smell I was told to let it dry and wait 24 hours. The time passed and the smell was strong even my husband commented on it. They offered to come back and clean that room. As I misread the time being 4.30pm instead of 4pm I was about 29 mins away from my house doing the school run when the technician arrived. They said they wouldn’t wait and wouldn’t re book as the technicians are paid hourly. The lady on the phone was quite blunt and abrupt and didn’t seem bothered. I have sent message after message and been ignored. On Facebook I commented saying I have messaged but no reply and was blocked. Basically avoid at all costs. Your comments will smell of cherry Bakewell but your carpets ain’t clean. It’s like spraying deodorant over someone who hasn’t had a shower. Money grabbing and don’t care about their customers.

We moved into a property in Northampton with grubby carpets, neat carpet cleaning, who came from Leicester and got them looking like new, fast and reliable service.

Really impressed. With an older pet in the family, now is not the time to buy a new carpet but it looked quite marked and stained in places. I’ll hold my hands up to the tikka masala stain that won’t shift no matter what I try. Louis managed my expectations about what could be achieved and then blew me away with the results. Looks, perhaps not brand new, but very nearly. Happy to recommend.
