I ordered a roll of cellphone, and it arrived promptly and as requested, we'll done. Very disappointed with DPD however, the package and another package were left at my gate in the pouring rain, despite there being an (very obviously) open porch a short distance away - where the previous driver used to leave them. 4 stars for yourselves though. However it would be great to be able to get more decorative accessories for making home- made hampers. For example, ribbon, stickers, and choice of hamper baskets.

Amazing customer service. They sent little freebies, pens etc withy your order. On initial ordering of my ink, I had difficulty with my bank card and had to use another, which was fine. But next day I got a call from one of the agents to check if I was having any trouble with ordering my ink as he saw on the system that their might have been a problem .....I was very impressed and unfortunately don't remember his name but very helpful. Next day delivery also a bonus. So thank you for excellent customer service. Marian

I recently bought printer ink and batteries from Inkjet and found the whole process effortless, very easy to use and everything arrived dead on time, would strongly recommend this company.

My order arrived very quickly. I also received a phone call asking me if I had forgotten to order a toner cartridge with my 3 in one printer. I assumed it was included. The caller very kindly explained a toner was included with the printer but is was a sample toner. This prompted me to add a full toner cartridge to my order which was added seamlessly Great customer service,Great value products.

I bought a new printer and some accessories. Customer service was great, I got a call pointing out that I might want extra toner. Shipment arrived quickly and as expected.

Ordered 2 x samsung original long lenght cable for use in cars. Hard to get elsewhere. I received an email to say that the delivery would take a few days longer. I could cancel and get a refund or wait. I was happy to wait and the cables then arrive a couple of days later. Great communication from the team and received a pen in the box. Thanks.

Three unsolicited phone calls in four hours, didn't answer any of them but recognised the number calling 01 8081244 as being from 123ink.ie - presumably calling as we left an on-line product in the ''shopping cart'' on the website without completing purchase yesterday....they didn't leave any voice note after any of the three calls either to explain the reason for their calls...we didn't proceed with purchase online because they don't offer click and collect, apparently because they are changing premises...we didn't want delivery option.
