I ordered ink for my printer and it arrived the following day! Great service.

Ordered a printer for next day delivery but the following morning while waiting for it to arrive I got a phone call asking me if I wanted to include a toner in the order. I told him that I didn’t that I had very limited use for the printer and the one included (albeit with limited ink) was sufficient for my needs. However, he wasn’t happy with that and pursued the issue advising me of a special offer, which was on the website anyway. I repeated that I didn’t want it, but then he demanded to know what I wanted the printer for and what would I be printing!!!! What difference did it make to him?
Eventually I forcefully told him that I didn’t want!!!!
I regret dealing with this company, I should have cancelled my order at that stage and the next day delivery took 4 days - STAY AWAY!

Needed printer ink and was unable to drive, so went on to 123ink and not only got XL cartridges for my printer but some photo paper I had wanted for a while. Ordered on a Thursday lunchtime and was in our hands by Friday afternoon. Great easy use website, good value and promt delivery

My experience with 123ink was exceptional. A product was out of stock. The CS team reached out via email to advise me on the same day as i ordered. I had imminent exams thus the ink was urgent. The agent took my printer model number searched stock for suitable ink and dispatched the replacement all within 24 hours. Highly recommend 👌

When ordering late on the afternoon of Wednesday, 7/10/26, the website indicated that the item would ship yet that day. Super, I thought! Amazing service! It didn't ship that day, nor the following day, nor the day after that and then came the weekend. It was only the following Monday the item shipped and was delivered on the Tuesday, almost a full week later. This is now the second time in succession that this supplier has over promised and under delivered; it won't happen a third time.

I had placed an order for ink for an HP Printer from another Irish office supplies company buying their generic printer cartridges. When i finally came to use the cartridge didn't work as HP seems to lock out non-HP cartridges (which doesn't seem right). I then placed an order with 123ink for original HP cartridges and received a call from one of their representatives that those HP cartridges were not in stock but that i could try 123ink's generic cartridge, which would result in an EUR 80 saving. Having tried this before and failed i explained i didn't want to do it but the rep offered a guarantee that if it didn't work i could swap back so nothing lost. The cartridges arrived within 3 days and they work.

Order placed 30SEP2026. Ordered a 123ink colour toner and a manufacturer's large black toner. According to the website they'd be with us within 3 days.
Received a call next day asking why I'd ordered the manufacturer's toner. Told that that toner would take a few weeks to arrive (this was not mentioned on site when ordering). Caller recommended I change order to their toner, which would add a further charge (due to volume of toner I required) but would arrive the following day. Paid charge over phone.
Then receive email asking for the charge.
Replied explaining payment made, then receive emails telling me delivery will be postponed for two weeks.
Not a good experience.

Very fast delivery and great affordable price, I would recommend to other customers looking for great experience.

The order process was straightforward, I received my order pretty quickly, I was able to load the ink into my printer in exactly the same way as with the original ink and it prints fine (so far anyway).

Easy to deal with. First time customer, and when I realised that the order on the email invoice was incorrect, it was dealt with swiftly. The delay in delivery was due to stock levels and I was informed promptly regarding same. The only thing is that I hope to be able to get the 123 version of the black ink for my next otder, as it's currently not available for my printer, which was explained to me.
I work in customer service myself and am happy with service received.

We have been dealing with Evan from the 123ink.ie sales team for CALYVRA Holdings Ltd and his customer service has consistently been excellent. Evan is always extremely helpful, responds quickly, finds the right products for us and goes out of his way to make things easy. Most recently he helped us select our business filing supplies and provided direct links to exactly what we needed. It is rare to receive this level of personal service. Evan is a real credit to 123ink.ie and we very much appreciate the support he provides to our company.

I ordered a roll of cellphone, and it arrived promptly and as requested, we'll done. Very disappointed with DPD however, the package and another package were left at my gate in the pouring rain, despite there being an (very obviously) open porch a short distance away - where the previous driver used to leave them. 4 stars for yourselves though. However it would be great to be able to get more decorative accessories for making home- made hampers. For example, ribbon, stickers, and choice of hamper baskets.

Amazing customer service. They sent little freebies, pens etc withy your order. On initial ordering of my ink, I had difficulty with my bank card and had to use another, which was fine. But next day I got a call from one of the agents to check if I was having any trouble with ordering my ink as he saw on the system that their might have been a problem .....I was very impressed and unfortunately don't remember his name but very helpful. Next day delivery also a bonus. So thank you for excellent customer service. Marian
