I’m in love with these lashes! I’ve already done several face washes and they’ve stayed in place, they’re lightweight and gorgeous!

I LOVE everything about these lashes!! Usually when I order lashes online the strips are so stiff and just look so fake. But these lashes from 10 day lashes went on really easily and look so beautiful. I put them on, and they are perfect without any additional eye makeup! Kit looks very expensive but it’s only 30 bucks. Definitely recommend.

I wear these every day, and it stays on for 12+days before I do a quick removal with the removal gel. Videos were pretty clear and customer service is extremely helpful. 10/10

I really loved these lashes. They were exactly what I expected. They were very wispy and truly stayed on once applied ! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for lashes that will stay on for longer than regular drugstore lashes

I’m a big fan of the starter kit I got. The glue holds really well—they definitely ARE 10-day lashes, and removal was not hard at all!

I received my lashes quickly, I tried them and I ruined them. I emailed them and told them how I struggled, they offered a live video training, sent me helpful links and then sent me a new pair so I could try again! I received them so quickly and was so excited to try again! I still have to try putting them on again once I remember where I saved them lol... Sheryl and Jocelyn were so helpful and helped me with my issue right away. Thank you for your great work and customer service!

At first I had a little difficulty using the lashes but soon learned practice makes perfect. The lashes feel lightweight and don’t bother my eyes like regular strip lashes. Although some of the lashes fall off earlier than the 10 days I’m still happy with them.

Easy to apply and long-lasting. Even in the summer heat and it is so convenient. Thank you!

I absolutely recommend 10-day lashes! They have the best lashes I have ever used. I even stopped getting eyelash extensions because those are way too expensive, and with these, you can do then yourselves for a fraction of the price! They have different selections: natural look, a light volume look and a full glam look! I just started using them and I have received so many compliments already. I am recommending this to all of my girlfriends! BEST OF ALL, they have the MOST awesome and friendliest staff! 110% satisfied. Thank you so much for your customer service!

I have very sensitive eyes/eyelids, and I got severe allergic reaction when I did eyelash extension at salons. Then I found this product hoping this to work for me. And it is! I have not got allergic reaction with this product! I am so happy I found this!

I was a bit skeptical at first, but i love them! It took some getting used to putting them on, but once i did my first set, i immediately ordered more. They take me about 5 minutes now to do both eyes and i find no irritation. I ordered the light glam lashes, and they are just the perfect amount of “i tried to look nice today” for the eyes but not too over the top for everyday wear. These are so convenient, i used to get extensions but they were time consuming and obviously expensive. These are so quick and easy!

I was a little skeptical about 10 day stay but I am on day 4 and we are going strong! I do have to comb and adjust in the morning as I am a side sleeper but love these lashes!

I received a response from Moitié after a few hours. I genuinely believe Moitié was researching shipping issues before giving me a response, which im grateful for. They overnighted another package due to shipping issue. USPS is having a lot of issues with shipping in CA due to the pandemic which caused the delay, as I was informed. The customer support for this company is TOP NOTCH. I have never received so much assistance from any other company, nor have I ever felt so cared for. I can't thank this company enough for their amazing customer service, I wish I could give all the wonderful ladies at Moitié a huge hug. I can only give the lashes a 4 star rating, however. The packaging is super adorable and the quality is amazing. The products, such as the Nano mister and eyelash curler, feel very durable and with a lot of thought put into them. I was not a fan of the eyelashes themselves, however, or the glue. I opted for the soft glam as I am a regular falsies wearer and wanted to wear something in between natural and full glam. Although the lashes themselves look beautiful, the band is too thick which in turn makes the lashes feel very heavy. I was sent the hypoallergenic glue in place of the regular glue due to my concern with the glue being too harsh based on other reviews. It did not burn nor did it have a scent to it, which is pleasant. My issue with the glue is the black tint to it. When trying to place the lashes, I got glue on my eyelid and learned how quick the glue dries on skin. This is an issue because unless you remove it right away, you will be left with little black dots all over your eyelid. I definitely believe Moitié should work on a transparent glue formula. I am giving Moitié another shot and will be trying the natural lashes in hopes the band is thinner and is more comfortable to wear. I will submit a new review once those lashes have been received and tested.

***8/4 update***
Its been TWO weeks and I STILL have not received my package. Not only that, but I received an email informing another package had been shipped out to me TODAY, TWO WEEKS LATER, with a free eyelash curler. I am extremely upset. I originally wanted to cancel my order because of negative reviews on the glue itself but after speaking with a customer service manager, was promised to be sent the hypoallergenic glue instead, free of charge. I then received another email the next day informing they were sending me the nano mister, again free of charge, due to the warehouse being out of stock on its foaming lash wash but was promised to receive the wash once it was back in stock. I have sent 3 emails within the last week looking for a status update on the shipping because according to USPS, they were still waiting to receive the shipment, TWO WEEKS LATER, and was continuously told it was on the way. This new package I was sent mentions nothing about the hypoallergenic glue nor the nano mister I was promised but instead the useless eyelash curler; I have no need for this lash curler as I have a special one I use. If I needed it, I would have ordered it myself. I am going out of the country for SIX months THIS Friday and now I'm almost positive I will not receive my package in time. I have sent and email out to the company requesting an explanation and have not received a response. Customer service is good at promising you everything under the sky but fails miserably to pull through. I will look into receiving a full refund and will inform everyone I know not to buy from this company. I will also make sure all of my followers on social media and YouTube know how unorganized this company is.

I am SUPER impressed by this company’s amazing customer service. Amazing does not do this company justice as they have far exceed all my expectations. I have not ever had such a wonderful customer service experience with any company ever like what I have experienced with Moitie within the last couple days.

I ordered their Lash Kit around 10:30-ish in the evening but had issues with my order and so I sent them an email around that time, expecting to receive a reply within the next day or two. NOPE. I received a reply within half hour and continued to have a conversation with their reps for about an hour. Not only did they resolve the issue that night regardless of the hour of night, but they did it with such pleasantness and politeness. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. They really care about making sure we are taken care of and it shows. I have never felt so taken care of by a company before. If their products match their amazing customer service, I will be buying from them for YEARS to come. I will post another on the products themselves once I receive my package.

I’m in love! After having extensions for a long time then not being able to keep up with the appointments and cost I thought I would never be able to have full lashes again! They are easier to put on than I expected and very comfortable to wear!

Great product! It really works. The application process can be a bit messy though. But for the price and with practice it’s worth it. Same salon style for a quarter of the cost and no worries about allergies for someone like me with sensitive skin.

I found 10 day lashes to be way easier to apply compared to other “at home lash systems”. They really stay on for a long time and look beautiful. Not only is the product great, but the customer service is unmatched! They really care about their customers and it shows. Highly recommend!
