1 day lashes with poor quality control

I'm only giving two stars because customer service actually got back to me although the resolution was unsatisfactory.
I first got a completely useless glue which I should have known better as it seems this is a very common problem. I decided I didn't want to use a company who has this many issues with quality control. However, customer service said I could only get a replacement.
With the new glue the "10 day lashes" which are supposed to be water resistant fell right off on day 1 after my eyes watered a little. I have used another company for 3 years who doesn't claim to be water resistant and theirs are MUCH more water resistant than these. The other company actually lasts about 10 days. These lasted one. They are also bulky and not as customizable but I kind of knew that getting into it. Almost $100 later and I'm stuck with lashes I don't want. I guess that's what I get for cheating on usual brand.

Terrible

FYI Good luck getting refund. I requested a refund before my order was shipped since it was taking so long. And instead for them to get money they decided to ship the lashes later and never respond to me. They decided to respond once I submitted this rating. I apologize, but this is really bad customer service.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY ORDER NUMBER 15347876

I ordered these lashes July 23 in hopes to use for a wedding and vacation. I reached out middle of august to see when I would received the lashes. I was told by August 27 since they are shipped by availability. When I didn't received by the first week of September I reached out for a refund, since they are no longer needed. Never received a response. Now today 09/23/2021 I just received a notification that they were delivered. I followed up with the same email that I sent over to them and they stated no refunds. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Make sure you read the shipping policy then add another month and half.

Since you guys want to sugar coat and state that I never responded. Here is the entire email chain that I was sent. I literally requested a refund before my items were shipped. Now your telling me that I will only get $4.95 back. Also, I have to go out of my way and take time out of my day to send something back that I ORIGINALLY REQUESTED A REFUND FOR BEFORE IT WAS SHIPPED!

Update 2 response.

Yes I know it has delivered that’s why I wrote this review. If you read what I said . Since it took basically two months to deliver. After the first month of waiting I requested a refund. Email is above. I got no response back . Month 2 I see a package at my door and it’s the lashes!!!

That’s when I emailed again regarding my concern of not getting a full refund when I originally requested a month before and before they were shipped. They were not longer needed and I was forced to just go to the local store. Why would I want them when I request a refund. I’m upset because you DELIBERATELY ignored my refund request and still decided to mail out my order.

Honestly I was chatting with someone that told me the product that I LOVE was discontinued and to me it just felt so bazar that I felt like I needed to speak to someone else about it.I waited until the next day because the live chat makes you talk to the same person in that same day.So I waited the next day and I spoke to a sweetheart name ‘Jocelyn’. I asked for the product that I LOVE and she told me it wasn’t on the site but that they did have some in stalk SHE MADE MY WHOLE MONTH!! Here I thought I was all out of luck. I feel like Jocelyn definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and honestly that is so rare now a days. Like you don’t understand how much these specific eyelashes make me feel. I told her that I spoke to someone else that told me they were GONE GONE DISCONTINUED and basically “too bad so sad for me.” Jocelyn Really put a smile on my face.Excellent customer service!

Even though my order went on backorder

Even though my order went on backorder, the customer service totally made up for it. They have been excellent, and totally redeemed themselves and made my entire experience overall well worth the money and the wait!

Definitely Recommend!

My first order was lost in shipping. When I contacted customer service they were already on top of the issue and kept in contact with me the entire time. Since I never received the first shipment they offered to send me another order for free. They responded quickly and professionally through our email communication. Not only is the customer service awesome but the products are awesome too. Definitely recommend 10 day lashes to anyone!

My lashes only lasted a short time

My lashes only lasted a short time of two days and there’s no refund policy if the product doesn’t work for you. They offer a discount for a consultation, replacement of lashes and more training. Completely dissatisfied. Idk about the 30 day guarantee seems like they covered everything but what’s cover under the money back guarantee.

One month, no product

great for sensitive eyes

I’m a licensed cosmetologist and have been doing lashes forever. I love these because they are for more sensitive eyes and cruelty free.
I will say the glue was definitely sensitive eye friendly though . It didn’t bother me at all and most lash glues do.

I really loved them!

I liked many more eyelashes, the material, the texture and the glue are excellent, it adapted to any type of eyes and they are easy to glue. I really loved them!

I love these lashes beautiful good…

I love these lashes beautiful good quality and I can get 7-8 days which is great for me. I’d like to see the quality of the glue get better it lumps up quick even with the cap on tight.

First of all I had so many issues with…

First of all I had so many issues with receiving my lash glue by mail. The customer representative helped me by sending me the empty bottles and stolen package at one point. They shipped it very quickly. So I was finally able to apply my lashes. I am super happy. I have wore them actually for more than 2 weeks. I am a big fan. I’m currently giving my lashes a rest since my lashes are super thin. I feel like I need for my lashes to become stronger thicker to hold the false lash. Overall super satisfied with the products I purchased from the site.
