I’m really sorry to hear about this – I completely understand your frustration. Making four extra trips to the post office only to be told the package isn’t there each time is absolutely not acceptable, especially for an expensive order. And being marked as “no one available at delivery” when someone is there 24/7 is understandably upsetting.

Unfortunately, we don’t have direct control over DHL Express’ internal handling, but that doesn’t mean we take this lightly. DHL Express is supposed to be a premium service, and this experience clearly doesn’t meet that standard.

What we’ll do from our side:

- Review the shipment details internally once more
- Contact DHL Express directly and request a clear explanation
- Make sure a proper solution is arranged (for example, a new delivery attempt or an alternative solution)

Please reach out to our customer service with your order number so we can handle this for you as quickly as possible. You shouldn’t have to spend more time or energy on something that isn’t your fault.
