Awful customer service!
Cancelled my subscription. They still sent the order out and charged me for it. Then expected me to pay for the return. They claimed I still had an active subscription. I forwarded on the email to prove I had cancelled the subscription. They ignored that and told me I could return the product at my own cost.
Emailing back and forth and they just keep sending me copy and paste emails.

Avoid this company!
Paid £7 for delivery. Delivery delayed - didn’t tell me this until delivery was already late.
Tried to contact them. Chat with us, nobody answered. Emailed complaint, a bot replied asking what my complaint was. Couldn’t get speaking to anybody. Awful customer service!
Update: finally emailed me back. No apology and have to wait 7 days for money to be refunded.

They sent wrong product then made me compete a lengthy form to return. They still haven’t sent the correct product after 2 weeks.
