Shocking experience. The worst customer service I have come across. So unhelpful. I bought a table tennis table for my parents. As I had used my parents name and address in the delivery details they automatically set up an account in their joint names. They told me the item I wanted was not in stock, but would not give me a refund because my name wasn’t on the account, despite including my details and paying for it with my card etc. They are claiming it’s due to GDPR, but it’s clearly not a single person as it’s actually two names ‘Ron and Barbara x’. The whole thing is ridiculous and just don’t know what to do now as it’s a lot of money that I’m going to loose for a mistake in their system.
