I had booked in for Tuesday afternoon last week. I understand that there was a miscommunication between my wife and your employee. Complaints were made by your employee about how tight the small spare had been put on. Not our problem. I had to call Green Flag to replace the tyre as I have a lung condition and couldn’t do the tyre on my own. My wife was under the impression that she was being blamed for the situation. In her words your employee was “bolshie and moody” and didn’t make her very welcome.
