Can’t comment as I haven’t received my order yet. Seemed like a bargain but it’s not a bargain when you pay for something and don’t receive it after 3 weeks

Great customer care

Agent talked me patiently through a solution to the issue I had with my Vax cleaner and I was solved the issue. I also received a good discount and free p&p doe a replacement/spare filter. Excellent customer service

Great customer service

Great customer service immediate responses and so helpful. Not sure yet how much the product is helping but staff are on hand with answering queries and offering helpful answers which is really reassuring
