Good service from Archie, Charlie and the team at Rooksley branch in MK. Had an issue with eTyres, but once my tyres were eventually supplied to Rooksley, the fitting was prompt and professional.

I am in the midst of an unwanted drama with eTyres at the moment, got called with less than 2 hours notice that tyres ordered 3 days beforehand had not arrived for my fitting date. Seems supply-chain issues are a regular problem with eTyres from other reviews on here and wish I had paid more attention. Their small print essentially says tyres may arrive at any time, and you 'could' be inconvenienced by them either asking you to come earlier, being expected to rearrange your schedule if they come later and may be liable for associated costs around that.

As such - Customer Services has zero sympathy and was close to useless, one positive in that there was no wait time and they are based in the UK, but all I got was corporate BS and hollow apologies - No alternative or solution for the inconvenience. I await next steps from them as to rescheduling fitting...

A shame as I specifically chose eTyres for their promised convenience, and was able to schedule childcare so I could travel to our office close to one of their centres on an available fitting day, having purposefully chosen a few days ahead (not the following day as they said they had available too) and I've ended up with the honour of quite an inconvenience instead, at my expense.

I will update this review pending how this turns out.

So eTyres did manage to get my tyres supplied to the fitting garage, a day later than my original appointment and I had them fitted the day after that - No additional charges. For whatever reason, one tyre got delivered before my original date, and the other did not. I stand by there being supply-chain issues they need to sort out, or better scrutinise to improve their reliability. I added back as star as atleast one of the Customer Services people did properly follow this up - Katie. The first I spoke to, Abbie was entirely useless and stuck ruthlessly to the script, no compassion or sympathy for the inconvenience at all.

JustTyres Rooksley (Milton Keynes) were very efficient at fitting, and did my 2x tyres in 25 mins despite there being two 'walk-ins' ahead of me. I actually went off for a walk thinking it would take a little while, and it was done by the time I got back.

The experience leaves me hesitant to use them again, but I'd go back to JustTyres direct probably next time.

Reported poor driving (repeated tailgating whilst obeying the speed limit and verbal abuse), not a blind bit of notice taken. Refused to have the transport department acknowledge my complaint. Vehicle EJ24 VSM from the Houghton Regis branch on 02/02/2026 @ 08:40 - 08:50.

Everyone deserves to get where they are going safely - whether it be home to their family, or to their place of work - unmolested by signwritten company vehicles. Suggest procuring home improvement services from a much more respectable and conscientious company.

What a terrible culture to bestow on your employees, poor leadership and poor management.

- What a corporate BS statement this is for example: "We know that change can be uncomfortable, but we are excited about the opportunities ahead as we propel forward to achieve our growth ambitions and delivering exceptional customer experiences." - What does that even mean in plain English?

- How about this one? "Bosses at the company will be reviewing data from a HR software programme to monitor progress" - Disgraceful, why not talk to them like human beings, not just cogs in a big machine? Really is a numbers game isn't it.
