Well organised system, works really well

I am currently in a short position while writing this review. I had a stop set at 14% profit, and the price hit that level. However, OKX canceled the stop order. As the price continued to drop, I tried to close my position and reached out to them for assistance. The price is now 4% in loss, and despite my efforts to close, they’ve only responded with generic instructions like 'click the button.' I’ve sent 14 different screenshots showing that I am unable to close the position, yet they haven't provided a solution, and I continue to lose money.
