bad customer service
I bought a wig from the TikTok shop. After wearing it for three days, I noticed an allergic reaction on the back of my head. I contacted customer service, and after they asked for a ton of pictures of the rash, the wig, etc., I was told that my rash could never have been caused by the wig, even though a doctor had confirmed it. I think it's a shame that no leniency was shown in this case, and instead the customer was accused of lying! I never asked for my money back, but instead for a small discount or for the wig to be returned, as it is unusable for me.
