For the second time shopping in Ambleside the staff consider the customer less important than going for lunch / restocking the shelves. Several customers waiting at two tills with 2 staff, after serving one customer one just locked the tills and walked off making the comment to me that it was her lunchtime. Previously the same thing happened when one staff left several queuing whilst he decided that some garments on hangers needed putting back in the right place. And he did this one by one removing them from next to the tills. Obviously queuing customers are low priority in this shop.
I have been buying from you for years and no longer recommend you.

Great product with slight delay to delivery

Excellent telephone help, logs delivered right to the garage door so thanks delivery person. Good quality logs and not too big for our little open fire.

Received replacement logs for some very large pieces delivered earlier. Very good quick response from the office. Logs were perfect size and length. Recommend

Good prompt delivery of 2 bags. Some pieces (16) are huge and there's no chance of putting them on our open fire. Might need to find someone with a chainsaw! Also many others needed additional splitting with an axe.
Probably wouldn't buy this mixed bulk bag again but preferred the 20cm Ash logs from our first delivery.
