I try to find Zalando’s customer Service help me. And also send email their cooperation partner -Esprit wanted to cancel this order . Finally, I still haven’t received s as any reply.
Item was ordered on 18th Sept but is not yet received beyond the estimated delivery date . There’s no update or tracking information for the item. Actually the skirt was for event . It’s no longer required due to the delay.
I haven't received the skirt and I can't cancel the order. and Zalando’s customer Service staff also can’t help anything. They said cooperation partner’s order can’t cancel the order. I lose my money and times. How should I do?I am disappointed with Zalando and your contract parner - Esprit. Should I still purchase to buy anything in Zalando in the future? especially, Esprit that one. Have anyone able to help me ???
