I deposited R665 using Bitcoin Wallet, money out but no reflection into my MT4, somehow they say declined but money deducted, this happened months before this but it was R50 so I had no issues, now again.... I'm so disappointed..u can't say declined & still deduct.Contacted support, no reply. please help

I left a trade on Friday markets close, monday open the trade hit full tp, went in more, but when i checked my account not only didn't my trade not close on TP, it also got slipped making me to lose 2x what i risked, such bad trading conditions,
