I ordered a DKN AM-3I Exercise Bike to prepare for up coming knee replacement surgery, but unfortunately upon opening the packaging it had sustained some damage in transit,
I emailed the support team to report the damage and I would like to say that the customer service from sweatband has been exemplary !
From placing the order, receiving confirmation of the order, addressing the damage issue, communication from them and collection / replacement within days has been absolutely faultless.
Problems occur in many aspects of sales and retail, it is how the problems are handled which gives the lasting impression, and I am happy to say the you have set the bar for others to aim for.
The equipment by the way is now assembled and just the job, very pleased.
