On 5th March
On 5th March, my order was marked as delivered, but there was no photo or signature provided to show where it had been left, and we did not receive the package. I checked around the site, spoke to logistics, and asked several colleagues, but no one had seen it.
I contacted customer service on 9th March to report the issue and followed up several times. I finally received a response on 11th March with a photo claiming the item had been delivered, but the image did not clearly show the location. I replied requesting more specific details, but did not receive any helpful information.
It is now 24th March and the issue remains unresolved. I have since requested a refund. Overall, this has been a very poor customer service experience.
