I went in to their shop on Saturday 28/7 and went to buy a pretty vintage scarf. Because the ticket price had fallen of they said I couldn't purchase the item as they couldn't contact the seller so they left the item on hold for me and promised to contact me when they had its now 1/8 and I made a special journey to purchase to find they'd still not found the price so I still couldn't purchase it. I even offered to pay £20 for it!
Won't be returning to that shop as they do not help their customers.

Do not sell items to CEX.

I used there drop and go service early this morning! Its been hours and I've had no updates. I've been conned!

I will be going to the store to collect my item and taking this matter further.

Lost my parcel that I'd spent over £200 on and didn't bother to help.

The best they can do is offer me to wait for refund which could take over a week.

Disgusting service, they claimed they lost my parcel even though tracking stated at DPD depot but they wouldn't make the effort to find it or rearrange delivery.

They just fobbed me of and told me to contact the sender who did not have the parcel.

If I could give no stars I would! My parcel should have been delivered yesterday!

They have just stole my money. Don't use they are con artists.

I will be taking legal action.

Made a purchase on vinted and used in post delivery as it stated up to 3 days delivery now it's 2 weeks! Past the date I need the item for!

I will be complaining to trading standards and taking this matter further.

Excellent service.
Order came sooner than expected for click and collect into local store. Then the excellent service continued in store.
Will definitely use again!

If I could score no stars I would.
Got an offer then was reduced claiming there was “multiple” scratches I counted 2! They allow up to 5. Couldn’t answer when I asked how many I have. I believe if I had more than 2 they damaged my phone or lied.
I have photos to prove how many scratches I had before sending it.
I didn’t have my phone back as I’ve heard to many complaints of it taking too long, charging to be sent and if they have damaged my phone cosmetically then I wouldn’t be able to sell it on elsewhere.

I have all my communication emails therefore I will be taking this matter further.
