Keen pricing and good customer interaction

Product excellently priced by manufacturer at well below that asked by B&Q. Delivery issue free apart from slightly awkward timing which couldn't be avoided though, perhaps some option to select delivery schedule with the courier could be engineered in. One damaged unit out of sixty but overordered to accomodate.

Repeat Prescription difficulties

This was my second time of ordering so I hit on the "Repeat Prescription" option, only to find there was no apparent way to add my new prescription. I therefore immediately emailed the prescription, referencing the order number. However, I still got an email saying "we can't process your order because the prescription is not attached". Some work required on the web site, I feel . . .

Appliance collection for disposal

As with AO's supply of appliances, the provision of this service was seamless and prompt. I have, as yet, to experience any kind of problem with AO, they have to date been excellent whenever I have engaged them for any product or service.

Positive experience of services to date

Always seem to be prompt once actioned by suppliers. Not had anything subject to any significant damage, beyond packaging but, in my experience unit damage is usually as a result of poorly executed packaging rather than handling in transit - that said, the majority of handlers COULD take just a little mor care.

Wrong flowers / late delivery

Very poor. Flowers ordered from New Zealand for UK delivery were a day late, not in particularly good condition, the box had been opened and resealed and, to top it all were someone elses flower order . . .
