Really pleased with our purchase, staff in store were really helpful (it was our first visit to this store)
The dining table arrived really quickly and was delivered by the team who were friendly, efficient, very polite and hardworking.

We went to Oak Furniture Land (Cheltenham)to look around and see if they had any beds we would like.
We were made to feel comfortable and relaxed to look around without being hassled or hurried.
Lesley was very helpful, answered all our questions and helped us with measurements.
She understood that we were not ready to commit so left a quote valid for 7 days so we could go away and think about it.
We returned the following week (6 days later) and Lesley was more than happy to help us (arranging for mattress we liked to go on bed frame we wanted to make sure we were happy)
We were really pleased to find out that even though the price had increased we could get the price that had been quoted (saving £200)
Very pleased with the whole experience, it’s our first experience with Oak Furniture Land and want to thank the staff for all their help.
